Liked it was not on the island but close by. The pool was lovely and much appreciated . The staff were outstanding and could not do enough to make your stay a pleasure.

It was a really nice experiencie to be host by Castro hotel. The host was super nice and friendly, he explained us everything about the área, the Castle of Monemvasia, the ancient ways of living there... The hotel is very well located, is quiet and peaceful, and you can park your car at the entrance. The building is renovated and It is very beautiful. Rooms are renovated also, matress are new, they have AC and a balcony from where you can see the sea... Amazing views. Everything is super clean. The breakfast was the best part one I have tasted in Greece, It was delicious!!! Definitely i would come back to the same place if i return to Monemvasia in the future.

It was a really nice hotel, i had a good size room and a good size bathroom. I had a small balcony that looked straight down the road to the beach which was no more than 100mtrs away. The hotel had laundry service which i used, i gave them a bag of clothes about 2pm and the next morning about 10am i had my clothes back. The staff was nice and polite and helpful.

Spacious two-bedroom apartment. Very clean and well-equipped. Beautiful view from the spacious balcony, air conditioning in each room. It was also nice that there was coffee, juice and water. A very nice, professional and smiling host was in charge of the apartment. I can warmly recommend it!

Beautifully presented and great location. We especially loved that it had the rugs on the floor. The fruit bowl and all those small items provided, like the paper towels and antibacterial solution were a thoughtful touch. We were very happy with our apartment which is situated a few meters and a few stairs away from the Monemvasia main gate (please note that you have to carry your suitcases or backpacks because of the cobble stones). The apartment is nicely furnished, offers a great view on the ocean from the windows (+ from the bed :)) and also has amenities like a coffee machine & coffee tabs. The owners have a store downstairs where you can get the keys and buy their local products like olive oil, wine or skin care. We had some problems with noise from the opposite bar one night because they tend to play loud music on Saturdays and the hosts did all they can to make up for it, even though it was not their fault and we really appreciated it. In terms of hospitality, these were one of the nicest hosts we have met so far.
