It was just wonderful. The beautiful interiors and the authentic stone architecture carefully combined with a modern look, the delicates trees and flowers and the beautiful and peaceful swimming pool just in front of the beach restaurant with direct view to the ocean. One of the very few hotels with direct private access to the beach/sea, and with plenty sun beds. The sea is calm and crystalline, just perfect for relaxing. The attention to service was on point, all our requests were fulfilled in a very friendly matter. The food was great tasty and abundant. The location of the hotel is very convenient, only 15 mins from Irapetra Centre.

We had excellent time. The service was on the highest level. Everything was great and the accommodation was perfect, super comfortable and clean. The host Elizabeth was one of the nicest people we had ever met. She prepared everything and was very friendly. The view from the pool was amazing . I think that our family should go again to this amazing villa.

The staff were really polite and friendly - there was a relaxed atmosphere about the hotel. You could see that it was really well maintained and very clean as the staff were readily available throughout the day. Beautiful surroundings, great facilities. Everything super clean, comfortable rooms and a great view from the balcony in sea view rooms. The hotel has its own beach with sun-beds and umbrellas as well as swimming pools. Sunbeds and umbrellas available at all times. On the beach there are different water sports available. The food was excellent all around. Lots of choices in the buffet restaurant. All-inclusive program is top-notch (with high quality food and drinks all included in the price)

    The location is not the happiest choice because there were...

    The location is not the happiest choice because there were few restaurants open and the menu of the functional ones was very limited (3 main courses). The beach is mostly undeveloped with black sand and stones, sudden entry into the water and windy. Also, there is only a small sidewalk, otherwise it is necessary to go directly on the road, which can be dangerous. It is definitely not a tourist city

    Wonderful friendly staff. Nothing is too difficult for them. Very attentive to your needs. My suite was spotless, with very good furniture and loungers etc on the two balconies. The food at breakfast and dinner was excellent with a huge choice to suit all tastes. (The red wine was excellent too!) My stay was far too short. I will be making another reservation around September. Can't wait!

    We booked this place only for two additional nights to return the lovely south coast and wish we could have stayed longer. It turned out to be our favourite accommodation in Crete. We were able to check in a lot earlier and were surprised by some delicious sweet treats on our first morning. The place is all new, spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony and pool is also lovely - a perfect place to unwind and not far from Long Beach, Ferma Beach and some great restaurants and tavernas. We hope to be here again!

    We have tried various accommodations in Koutsounari for many years and this is the best we have found. The location is perfect, quiet and nice but at the same time close to shops, the beach, pool club and several good restaurants. The hostess was hospitable, far beyond our expectations and added a golden touch to our stay in the fresh house. Plus very good AC. We will definitely return.

    Outstanding place to stay. We spent two weeks in Crete and Manos was an exceptional host. He brought us fresh produce and pastries in the morning, and spent a day with us traveling into the mountains to experience local people, culture and food. He also gave us hints and a map on areas to travel to with the best tavernas to visit. Thanks for everything Manos!!!
