You are surround by olive groves - and if wanted - it's just a short drive in several directions to some beautiful small beaches where the water is beautifully warm - and certainly not overcrowded. We had a stay at the private villa in Lithakia (July 2021).
We had a stay at the private villa in Lithakia (July 2021). We enjoyed the amazing Laganas beach with many really great restaurants and bars. Local tavernas, especially Ole Ole is something special. Very tasty and beutiful restaurant. Directly from the beach we bought great tours - turtle spotting (must-see, especially from the small taxi boat), small islands. It's still always a good idea to rent a car on Zakynthos just in order to see everything. We had 7 days stay and only 4 of them we had a car but it was enough to see I suppose 80% of the island and enjoy another beaches and Shipwreck viewGuest review byAlexander TonsinGermany

The host Thanos was very quick with communication and very kind and helpful. The view is incredible and the access to the neighboring hotel facilities was quite good, sea access just a few minutes walk. Some aspects of hotel could be updated, but that is not the hosts issue as the apartment is separate from hotel. We had a wonderful time here and highly recommend.
