The place is amazing, cleanest it can be and the staff/owners as helpful and cheerful as it gets. The location is amazing and the views are outstanding. We wish we always find places like Castellano Village and for sure we will come again if we visit Astypalaia. There was really nothing to complain about.

Stayed for one night and then extented our stay for 2 more nights. We loved the location and the views. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean. A big thanks to the staff, they were all super friendly and attentive. Overall a great place to stay. Would love to go back!

Great location, perched between the windmills and the castle, offers easy access to both the main Chora stores and restaurants as well as the monumental castle and the bars higher up in the Chora. Popi, the studios owner and manager, is very hospitable, offers a ride to and from the ferry, a really nice breakfast, and is an excellent communicator overall providing nice tips and suggestions for newcomers

Great location in walking distance from the port and Chora. We enjoyed the amazing view to the castle from the veranda-it is exactly as shown in the photos. Brand new, clean and spacious. Also the parking space was very convenient. The host was very polite and the overall service very professional. We will definitely stay in Ydria if we visit Astypalaia again.

Located close to the Chora, the most beautiful beaches and the small village of Livadi populated with excellent taverns. The big and nice terrace offers an impressive panoramic over the port with the castle and the windmills on the top. The location is perfect, as you can both go up to the castle or down to the port in a few minutes by foot. Super clean, well maintained, beautiful apartment with all the amenities you might need in both kitchen and bathroom, the bedroom is super comfortable, big bed, nice set of pillows, good air conditioner and a beautiful view too, you can see the castle from your bed! And last but not least, the best hosts I've met in years: Eugenios & Maria, the best example of Greek hospitality and kidness!

Everything perfect. Irene and Virginia are two fantastic hosts, always there for questions, suggestions, and even more. The rooms are very well furnished, silent and with a great view. They also let us find typical product in our room, as a present. We'll be back for sure!

    Analipsi is a gorgeous village in Astypalea.

    Analipsi is a gorgeous village in Astypalea. If you are looking for a relaxed and peaceful stay, a gorgeous clean beach, low key cafes and restaurants (lots of fish dishes and seafood) it is THE perfect place to go. No noisy bikes / scooters. Perfect for couples (not much for children) wanting a stress free break. Car hire would be beneficial to get to the Chora (a 15 minute drive) and enjoy the excellent views, and sample the lovely food. But it is possible to do without a car, using the bus or the "Astybus" which will pick you up on request.
