We had a wonderful stay, the resort is not only great but its' staff are amazing!! Thanks to the F&b team, especially Niko (he is unique and the best person we met during our stay), Dany, Emanuela and also the GM (Marius). They were always very helpful and smiling all day. We can't forget to mention Adela from the reception, she was so nice to us and we connected very well.

Super place to stay at very reasonable price. Excellent location, very friendly hosts, few minutes walk from the village, port & beach. Snack Bar & Pool accessible right next to the room. Small but very clean & functional room with lovely balcony. Brand new bathroom (a bit small but very clean & pretty). Big reco for Menios Tavern just few meters away, excellent home made food at good price.

We had a wonderful stay at Castello Boutique Suites! The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety and a fantastic view to enjoy every morning. The suite was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Special thanks to Ian at the reception, he was amazing, super helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely come back!

We just got back from our vacation and couldn’t wait to write a review about this amazing place! Only the most pleasant emotions — both from the place itself and the wonderful hotel owner! Our room had a stunning sea view, a private terrace with hammocks, it was clean, beautiful, and had panoramic views of the sea. Huge thanks for the bed, mattress, and pillows — 10/10, we slept like babies! The room had EVERYTHING you might need — from a hairdryer to an iron. It’s an 8-minute walk to the center and the beach, with shops right next to the hotel! There’s also a fantastic spot near the beach and the hotel where you can enjoy a meal with a beautiful view — with a discount from the hotel! (Gyroscopio) An excellent owner who’s ready to help you at any time — check-in and check-out were arranged just for us. We were also welcomed with a lovely surprise — wine and fruit upon arrival! We will definitely be coming back!!! Ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ!

Koula is the receptionist and she makes you feel very welcome and will help you with anything you need during your stay. Eva is a wonderful lady who looks after you during breakfast, she's so attentive and goes out of her way to assist you as well. Breakfast was nice, varied and plentiful. The pool area was absolutely lovely and well looked after. Hotel location was great as you're close to everything on the strip but far enough not to be bothered by noises from the nightclubs and bars right on the strip. I recommend this hotel to anyone. Great value for money in every way!

The family run hotel leans over backwards to make the break five star. All nationalities rub shoulders in a fantastic friendly way. We met people who return year after year, time after time. Facilities are excellent, and the site is convenient for maximum sunshine, two excellent pools, and very close to an excellent bakery, supermarket, and lots of other great facilities

We pretty much loved the place. mostly because the women who run it made us feel welcome and at home. The room is big enough, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. we loved the pool and the private off site parking. the shower was a bit small but they kept the place immaculate so it wasn’t an issue.

Great location in a quiet section of beach away from other resorts (but still walking distance to Malia palace, which is well worth a visit). The staff were friendly and very accommodating to our needs. Good selection of food at all meal times.

    The photos on booking.com made this resort look amazing.

    The photos on booking.com made this resort look amazing. Our expectations were high. Alacarte Restaurants, Beach front location, fresh new decor. Unfortunately once we arrived instant regret set in. Check in was poor, no 5 * welcome. Reception wanted to charge taxes I had already paid. Long wait to get to the room due to just 1 driver. Room was nice apart from the mud pond and dead plants inside the front door. Everything went down hill. Disposable cups, lack of staff, dangerous resort under demolition. Broken wood deck and walls, food was 1* if there was any available. Derelict boarded up Resturantes and swim up bar empty shelves. Just terrible. A punch bag machine and table football from the 80’s in a 5* resort is never a good look. There was a general negative vibe throughout the resort and the guests did not seem to be enjoying their stay. The road kill food at the beach side Resturante was disgusting, dust and mould in the air vents above food stations. Unclean Restaurants, rude staff and a tatty old worn out resort. We felt isolated and trapped in the resort due to the remote location so we checked out 2 days early and moved to a new hotel in an effort to revive our trip. Minos imperial over charge and under deliver 1* I would avoid this resort until they make some changes.

    As a real city girl I wasn’t sure what to expect when I went to Milos it’s a sleepy seaside village and there’s a lot of older people there elderly retired Greek people. It was just the most peaceful, tranquil and serene experience I’ve had for awhile. It’s a sort of place I’d go back to with my laptop and right I loved it. I really did. The food was fresh. It felt like a family environment and I just loved it. It.

    Milatos is small village with nice restaurants .

    Milatos is small village with nice restaurants . I recommend SOCRATES Taverna . I never Recommend MINOS PALACE to any one , because the service is very poor , less than 5 stars . The food is disaster , especially the breakfast . All guests are clamming as per our taxi driver infos.

    If you want a quiet relaxing holiday in a rather out of the way village then I would highly recommend Milatos beach. We hired a car for some of the time to visit the wonderful museums, ancient archeological sites, beautiful countryside and lovely beaches. A most enjoyable fortnight, we were sad to leave..

    The hotel is very isolated but if you walk along the beach to Milatos there is a lovely beachfront bar called The No Name Bar & the food is delicious & there is a public beach too. Well worth a visit if you are sick of the hotel food! A day trip to the famous leper island of Spinalonga organised from the hotel is well worth a visit & takes in time in Agios Nikalos for shopping & the boat also stops off at another island for swimming. A great day out. Another great place to visit is the town of Hersonissos either by car or taxi. It has a fabulous seafront full of great bar/restaurants & shops.

    A very nice and quiet town. But the resort was isolated.

    A very nice and quiet town. But the resort was isolated. Thankfully, we had rented a car. There are beaches nearby within a 15 minute drive that are really nice. It's shame that Radisson Blu does not have a beach while they blatantly advertise them on Booking.com and Booking.com is complicit in this to some degree because they allowed it to happen but I understand that they have to take the hotel's word for it.

    We can say only beautiful things about this hotel. We start with the Owners, they are lovely. The welcome was so warm and true. Our room was great, terrace with see view, a lot of space and very comfortable bed. Kitchen full equipped. Short distance from bars and restaurants. Really good breakfast. It was not our first time there and for sure not the last! Thanks 😊

    Super nice owners, very clean and big apartment with functional kitchen. It was very cosy and in a great shape which we valued more than a 5* hotel. What I liked the most was the smell :) Towels and sheets smelled like home. Also flowers all around the place were great for the eyes. The nearby store had everything we needed and even more!
