The farm surrounding the property is both adorable and extensive, allowing you to stroll amidst its charm and indulge in delectable fruits straight from the trees. This extraordinary place is a true gem for accommodation. Even before our arrival, the owner made us feel welcome by providing detailed directions to the location. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome, complete with wine and refreshments in the fridge, as well as an assortment of cookies and sweets to savor at our leisure. The entire property was flawlessly clean, comfortable, and exuded the timeless beauty of traditional Greek houses. Its central location makes it easily accessible, only a 30-minute drive from Mesta and approximately 8 minutes from the main town of Chios. We are eager to return to this enchanting place and cherish every moment. Our hostess was exceptional, demonstrating remarkable generosity and genuine concern for our enjoyment throughout our stay. We had an unforgettable experience in this marvelous retreat.

Our host, George was very helpful, warm person. He welcomed us with little sweets and great smile. The room was very clean and new and has a great sea view. George offered us upgrade our room with no extra charge but we already loved our room. The hotel’s location is near to the center and other villages by car. We found a restaurant for dinner on the internet but we couldn’t make a reservation, so George called the restaurant and made a reservation for us. My husband and i thank George and next time we come to Chios, we’ll definitely stay here again.

    The house is new and modern, and the view was beautiful.

    The house is new and modern, and the view was beautiful. The furniture and household items inside were new and clean. The location of the house was also great, close to a good beach. Breakfast was sufficient and nice every day. Communication with the owner was easy, and they were very helpful with all our requests. They also gave us recommendations on places to visit. The cleanliness of the house was great, and when they cleaned later, they even washed the dishes. Thank you very much. I was satisfied with everything, and I will definitely stay here again when I return

    Easy to walk to Agia Fotini beach with beach bars and...

    Easy to walk to Agia Fotini beach with beach bars and restaurants, but not any convenience store or market in the area that I found. It’s best to have a car, but be aware of the hills if you rent a manual car. Very quiet and beautiful area.
