Really peaceful, friendly family-run hotel. Excellent pool facilities and the rooms were spacious with modern bathrooms, strong A/C and beautiful views from the balcony. The owner and his son were helpful and had some great recommendations about where to eat and what to visit, and the transfer to/from the port was very stress-free and easy! Even in an area with a lot going on, this hotel is the perfect place to relax. Would absolutely stay here again if we come back, and would recommend it to anyone thinking of going. Thanks for making our experience so lovely!

We had 3 rooms and they were all good with good sized terraces and very quiet. The staff were wonderful, and so helpful and sympathetic when we had a medical issue to deal with. The pool is lovely and so is the beach opposite. We were there 9 September and a few restaurants had already closed for the season but there was still enough choice. There was also a regular bus into nearby Chora which stops just outside the hotel.

Very nice location. Super views(in order to get the views, you need to take stairs! Which s very normal!) perfect pool side. Walk distance to one of the best beaches in the cyclades! Walkable to main town(chora) No need to rent a car in this island. There are a lot of bus stops and very frequent service. Brilliant transportation!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. the staff, the room, the view, the location, it was all top class. Absolutely no request was too much asked and everything was done with a smile. The breakfast served in our villa was served hot even though they had to travel from the kitchen by golf cart to deliver in our villa. Room service was delivered in no time. I will not recommend anywhere else to stay than Hide out! Hope to be back again soon. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel. There is a dedicated beach area at the beach club where you can use the beach chairs for free and the service is great.

Beautiful hotel, very tastefully decorated. Spacoius rooms. Loved the Welcome gift and the little touches. Very friendly staff. Location is great, close to the beach with several restaurants and all amenities. A bus stop right outside the door enables you to go to Chora in only 10-15 minutes

    End of September it was very quiet and many places were winding down for the season. I really enjoyed how quiet it was but very much the antithesis of what Ios is known for. The water was crystal clear and fabulous for a swim.

    This is an unspoiled island - love that there is no airport...

    This is an unspoiled island - love that there is no airport of cruise ships coming and flooding this island with tourists. There is just enough of a crowd to keep it lively without being crowded. The beach is well located and the bus service is extremely efficient to get you around. The beach is beautiful and clean.

    Lots of restaurants, Italian, Greek, Sushi to suit all budgets and a good bakery. Good mini markets. Great helpful staff everywhere you go. Good bike hire place who very helpful, its a must roads are quiet and easy to navigate. Great beach, clean plenty to do. Very clean and safe. Breath taking views you could admire all day. Brilliant cheap bus service to take you to port, or the main town only 2 euros.

    Beautiful beach with plenty of sunbeds, bars, restaurants and mini markets. We can thoroughly recommend Drakos restaurant for lunch. Fresh fish and excellent food. It is at the very end of the beach. The town has a very good and regular bus service too for 2 euros one way.

    loved this island , hired a car for a day to see it all and used the frequent bus service. just lovely , not expensive like mykanos or full up like mykonos. beach was fantastic the hotel was on the beach , great restaurants near including a thai , where i had a proper massaman curry

    Mylopotias is full of partying young people and there is a nightclub just down the road from where we stayed so we could hear the thumping music. We didn't mind, but it did mean that from 10pm we wouldn't sit on the balcony. Great beach, stylish restaurants esp. the sushi, not overcrowded. We kept different times vs the young crowd which meant that the beach was nearly empty in the morning and started to fill up at 2pm is. They were fun when they arrived.

    Apartment was private but with the benefits of a hotel (housekeeping, room service etc). The view was stunning and the apartment was lovely, comfortable and well thought out. The hotel was in the perfect position, quietly overlooking Mylopotas (which could be accessed by the lift in the sister hotel) where you could find restaurants, water activities and a market to restock your outdoor fridge! All of the staff were lovely, the breakfast was brilliant and the food we tried from room service was also delicious.

    The location was very central, easy access to friendly and very helpful staff, clean and great hotel. Loved pool and bar and breakfast. Mylopotas beach, Chora and to great restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful. Pool was huge, with great views, an awesome pool bar and lots of single and double sun beds.

    The location was perfect. Only a few minutes walk from Mylopotas beach and a 20-minute ride to almost anywhere on the island. Owners were very friendly and offered free transport from and to port. The room was clean, and so was the garden and pool area. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Ios!

    We loved our stay at Hotel Delfini! Mylopotas beach is a truly magical area of Ios. We loved being so close to the beach and restaurants, and we found the people at reception to be really helpful - they let us leave our bags as the room wasn’t ready, which we really appreciated. The room itself was lovely and clean.

    Lovely setting over the wonderful Mylopotas beach and above the legendary Drakos Taverna. The room was pretty and rustic and whitewashed and just perfect. The hosts are wonderful and Margaret made us feel so welcome. We would have stayed for longer but it was fully booked.
