. We were greeted at the reception by the kind and helpful Maria. We were upgraded to a deluxe room without asking, a large and luxurious room with 2 wide balconies, great view to the lake. The hotel is clean and well equipped, an excellent pool, a very good breakfast with a large and delicious selection.

Fabulous design, ultra clean and comfortable and Elena the host was so beautiful and ever so helpful. She even took our luggage to & from our vehicle. Unbelievable hospitality. The room, sitting area and courtyard were superb. Can’t wait to go again and will only stay there.

The facilities are modern. The breakfast was plentiful and varied each day. All the staff were excellent at all times. They were wonderful organising day trips for me with great tour guide. I can’t recommend this hotel more highly. They made my visit to Ioannina a highlight of all my travels. Thank you for your kindness and attention to detail. Would 100% stay there again.

the best small hotel I've been to. a very pleasant surprise! Very tastefully decorated, everything seems new. The rooms are spacious, with everything you need. The location is in the heart of the old town, everything is within easy reach. If you come by car, don't be afraid of the narrow streets, follow the simple instructions and you will find it easily.     A small village, safe, quiet with a park for children and a local café, a good bakery, friendly locals. A great change comparing to big city. Everything is neat and clean. The host made sure to provide everything necessary for the stay. You can order food from nearby restaurants, the host has provided flyers.
