Beautiful little village with lots of shops and restaurants. There are several ferries you can take for day trips around Lefkada especially to Skorpios Island. Nydri doesn't have nice beaches but has a lot of cruises and a lot of places to go in the town. The good beaches are on the other side of Lefkada. It's a very walkable town, you can go anywhere with just walking, including the grocery store and bakeries. I wouldn't go to the waterfalls because in my opinion they're not worth seeing. A beautiful town. With a nice shopping street, with many shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes, bars and nightclubs. Cruise ships depart from the port every day, making trips to beautiful beaches and to other neighboring islands. Nydri offers something for everyone! Favorite restaurants Barrel and Roots. Plenty of restaurants to suit all budgets with a handful or bars of different types. Shopping was limited if that's your thing, but with Lefkada town 20 minutes away there is plenty there. Our room was huge and spotlessly clean with a daily clean. The infinity pool and beautiful gardens tempted us to spend a day sunbathing and we also enjoyed explored the beaches of Lefkada. We must emphasise that Ria could not have done more for us, even assisting us with help for a family issue requiring translation help. We would return in a heartbeat!!
