Ouranopoli is small and nice place. A person could find quiet and cozy places or to be at the heart of the city where are located all the restaurants and bars. Beaches are very nice. The apartment was beautiful, well laid out and perfectly presented - the perfect place to stay in Ouranoupoli for a boat trip to Mount Athos and visit the surrounding area. Ioannis was super helpful with information and helping me with a minor car issue. Can’t recommend this place enough - was only here two nights but wish I’d stayed a bit longer. It has some fantastic restaurants, like Kokkinos and MARE. The Ammouliani beach on the opposite side of the island is completely worth everything.
