What makes Tropicana Hotel truly special is its wonderful location at the foot of the hill, where the buildings are set on different levels, and its exceptionally friendly and professional staff. Our experience was truly delightful, and we received excellent service throughout our stay. I would like to personally thank Mary at the lower reception, who was incredibly helpful and kind. On our last night, she upgraded us to a villa at the top of the hill, where we enjoyed a fantastic room with an amazing view. A thousand thanks to her for this wonderful gesture! I would also like to praise the service team members Ilias and Aggelos (aka Timberlake), who were always ready to assist — driving us up and down the hill and helping with our luggage. The staff was top-notch, especially the team at the first-floor reception. When it comes to food, the Greek yogurt with berries at Comus restaurant was absolutely delicious — definitely worth trying!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming new boutique hotel in Mykonos! The property is beautiful, with very comfortable pool chairs and a great atmosphere. Its location is perfect – close to some of the island’s best clubs, yet still peaceful. Mister Theo was incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. Renting an ATV directly from the reception was super easy and made exploring the island hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, convenient, and friendly place to stay in Mykonos!

    If you are looking for a great place to go to the beach and have human prices this is the place If you look for party, I would say this place definitely have the vibe, but not the people probably other way more expensive part of town is a better bet

    The villa was beautiful and the view from the villa. The free car service to and from the villa to reception was great as the climb up was quite steep. Breakfast was lovely, even the food at the restaurant was great. We also ate at the Indian and the food there was tasty

    Room was small, it was also quite warm and stuffy due to lack of aircon. There was a fan but it was so dusty I preferred to have the windows open. To be expected when travelling Euro summer! Double bed inside was comfortable enough for the short time I stayed. The shared bathroom facilities were very nice and reasonably clean. The transfers Paradise Beach offer are very handy! The food in Mykonos as a whole was disappointing and expensive.

    Very much a party scene with the most beautiful beach I have ever seen and I live in Cape Town which also has some world class beaches so I know. we took the bus there from the port and it was super easy to find. the staff were very helpful and friendly.

    Extremely nice & friendly staff. Hotel lobby, rooms and facilities are clean. Rooms are spacious. Pool & Hot-tub are cool. Breakfast quality is so good and variety is there. Dinner hasn't that many options but good quality & reasonable pricing. Nearby good beaches and the airport. Mini fridge enough to cool anything you want to buy. Safe is free & enough for a laptop and other devices. Parking is free & available at all times.

    Outstanding service from all the staff. Excellent location. Stunning views. Great facilities, particularly the new Comus restaurant and two infinity pools. Room was very comfortable. Young adult children were blown away by Tropicana Beach Club (300 meters from the hotel) which hosted top class DJ's every night. Excellent security at the Club and they never felt unsafe to be there until 1am in the morning. We needed a doctor for my daughter and the hotel arranged an onsite visit from the doctor within 45 minutes from the request. Hotel then also arranged for the prescription to be delivered at the hotel - super convenient.

    Miltos was an amazing host. He picked us up and dropped us off at the ferry terminal. He told us about all the great spots on the island, how to make the most of our stay and helped us to hire a 4 wheel motorbike to explore the island. We were so close to Paradise beach, too. Highly recommended for your stay in Mykonos! Hands down number 1 place to stay in Mykonos!

    The hotel is in Paradise Beach, for us had the best location if you don't mind the noise from the beach clubs, the staff is super nice and the breakfast has variety and it's different everyday. The bed and the pillows were really comfortable. Everyday the staff cleaned our room and offered fresh towels.

    Beautiful property, we couldn’t fault it! Service was always fantastic and a few choices of pools, the infinity rooftop pool was our favourite. Room was always clean and very spacious! Close to the bus stop to get the bus to Mykonos main town which cost 2 euro each way.
