The entire experience all from check-in to check-out was just great! Excellent hotel with beautiful pool- and spa area. Breakfast and dinner served in a restaurant with nice view to pool and sea. Everything was good, the location was perfect, right in the main street, near the beach and the restaurants. It was very noisy outside, but when you closed the windows it cancelled all the noise . The room was lovely, very clean and had all the amentaties you need. The girl from the desk was lovely and helpfull. We will definetly come back.

We were a couple staying at this hotel. The hosts were wonderful and smiling, attentive, helpful and advising. The place is very clean and tidy, the hotel is in a good location, a few minutes' walk from the center of Rethymno. Highly recommend this hotel. Before we left, the hotel manager brought us a gift of bottles of olive oil that he made from the olive tree in his house and it was a moving gesture. We never received a personal gift at the hotel. We will definitely go back there again

    Absolutely loved our family stay at Villa Orsalia!

    Absolutely loved our family stay at Villa Orsalia! The villa was immaculate, and the private pool and facilities were exceptional – truly family-friendly. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Its ideal location made exploring Heraklion's sites and nearby clean beaches effortless. Couldn't recommend more highly! Just a note for future guests, particularly if visiting outside peak summer: the lovely pool isn't heated, so it can be quite brisk.
