This was a most comfortable stay. The place was very clean and well appointed. And for all you knitters There’s shop across the street.. Easy walk to a bustling Marina Zeas. Great access to a bakery and grocery store. A visit to the Piraeus Archaeological Museum was top of our list. The hotel is a small family run business and is a small hotel, like many if Europe but it was a friendly team, accommodating of any extra requests made and gave us lots of local dining info. I traveled with my daughter & grandson from the US to London for a couple of days, then flew to Athens for a cruise leaving the next day. We made our way out of Athens to stay at the cruise port. We were exhausted but our time at the Seaside Hotel was a wonderful reprieve. It was charming, everyone so friendly and accommodating. A typical port city. Enough around to make your stay convenient. Not the most walkable area with bags and a fair bit of good old European kaos when a couple ferries arrive. Staying in Piraeus was a great decision before my ferry trip. The hotel was just a short walk from the port, which made it super convenient for early departures. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked well. There are plenty of cafés, bakeries, and shops nearby, and public transport into Athens is very easy.
