very kind staff! Despina at the reception, George at the Beach, Ilona at the bar - all became like family to us during the stay. Special request like dark curtain in living room where our kid was staying were accomodated immediately. Also free spa vouchers were given to us - very smart and thoughtful! Cannot wish for more.

Absolutely fabulous would highly recommend. Great location with views to spinalonga island. Staff are beyond friendly. We stayed in a bungalow and it was perfect. We went for the half board option, great selection from three restaurants. We especially loved the Asian restaurant. Great cocktails at both beach bar and hotel bar. We hired a car and did the richtis Gorge hike, visited Agios nikolaos and also walked to kolokitha beach which is near Elounda.

Our stay at Elounda Orama was delightful! We visited as a couple with our dog, and the hotel's pet-friendly approach made it even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, ensuring we felt at home throughout our stay. The breakfast was a standout—plenty of options with generous portions to suit every taste. The hotel itself is spacious, with a prime location that offers easy access to local attractions. A wonderful choice for couples, families, and pet owners alike. We’ll definitely be back!

    Paradise, people are lovely, shops and restaurants are...

    Paradise, people are lovely, shops and restaurants are really quite expensive but eating out is also a treat as all fish and shelfish are caught fresh from plaka seas. The island of Spinalonga is a beautiful place to visit, such great History that should never be forgotten. If it were possible for me to have stayed longer, I would of stayed in a heartbeat. I will always appreciate my stay in Plaka, one day I will return. Many thanks for the experience Lindsay xx
