I had a great stay at this hotel during a layover. The best part is that the round-trip airport shuttle is included in the price, making it incredible value—especially for odd-hour transit flights. The staff were very attentive and even double-checked my shuttle timing at check-in, which gave me peace of mind. The bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was strong—perfect after a long flight. The room came stocked with shower gel, shampoo, and a dental kit, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a very comfortable and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended for travelers in transit!

Very nice and new apartment, in an excellent location. Congratulations to Dion for the choice of furniture! Self check in is very convenient and simple and Dion and his mum are very helpful. We found coffee and various teas for breakfast in nice little jars and fresh water in the fridge. Nice attention to detail

A great, tidy, and very clean house in a perfect location. Michalis is a wonderful host. He welcomed us with homemade biscuits and jam, and even prepared a little bed for our kitten! He also recommended a very nice restaurant nearby and kindly drove us to the airport for a very reasonable price, despite our flight being at 6:30 a.m. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back!

I had a great stay at Big Blue. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient from the port and the view from the apartment was just amazing. The host was friendly, and very considerate about check-in/out or transfers. I would definitely recommend Big Blue to anyone looking for a great place to stay at Rafina.

    Compact, self contained unit. Very friendly host. Close to Ferry port and Rafina Square. Takes about 20 minutes walk to Port. If youbhave many heavy luggage, an issue. Else, very comfortable. Has a useful small kitchen with adequate utensils and stove. Comfy bed.

    It has lovely views of Evia and the Attica coastline. it is a charming little town which does not feel too touristy at this time of year but is bery busy with the ferries in summer. It has nice lttle shops and good supermarkets. There is the little mariners'church of St Nicholas to visit and the bigger church. There is a good choice of restaurants and bars to enjoy with a variety of good food especially fresh fish and salads. The people are friendly and wlecoming and it is not too expensive. Ir has a real living town atmosphere. It is also easy to go to Athens from there with the bus and metro and it is worth going t Louthsa, Nea MAkri and Marathonas.You can take a trip to Evia and Andros even for a day.

    I am always wary of staying in port locations especially at...

    I am always wary of staying in port locations especially at night but Rafina is relaxed and comfortable and well lit. I felt safe there as a single traveller but I stayed around the main busy areas just in case. The local restaurants are quality and friendly and everything is available straight off the ferries so you don’t have to drag your luggage far to a bar/ ticket seller or taxis -just a few meters.

    Nice little town.

    Nice little town. Perfect for those taking the ferry from Rafina or if you are flying our of the Athens Airport. It is about a half hour drive. We stayed at the Avra hotel which has a good breakfast and the restaurant for dinner is delicious. This hotel also has a free shuttle to and from the airport. So if you are taking a ferry from Rafina this would be the perfect place to stay for a night or two. Restaurants in the area are pretty good and there is a beach just down from the hotel. We have stayed there before and will definitely stay again. 😊

    Rafina is a nice little town, we had a night stay before...

    Rafina is a nice little town, we had a night stay before catching the ferry to Naxos. It was a great place to unwind after a long day travelling. There are lots of restaurants and small shops and it's nice to wander around the harbour and watch the ferries come and go.

    The accomodation was a 2 bedroom unit. It was neat, clean and tidy. It has a nice view of the ferry port in Rafina. Mr Michalis the owner was very nice and we also paid for transfers between the airport - accommodation - airport. He also helped with our luggage. He is a true gentleman. The unit was stocked with food and drinks which were complimentary.

    Lovely location on the port . Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and very clean . Good air conditioning. The breakfast was varied and very tasty. We also had an evening meal , which was delicious. Really impressed with this hotel . Very convenient free shuttle to and from the airport .

    Very spacious and clean, with many attentions like breakfast essentials, nice balcony and air conditioning, at walking distance from the port. Mike was very caring, organizing taxi pick up from the airport, and checking that we had everything we needed. We will stay here again for sure if we come again to Rafina !
