The villa is completely new, with all the furniture and appliances inclues. The location is very quit. The lady who accommodated us was very responsive to our requests. We were also served with vegetables from the garden of the villa and with traditional Greek dessertrs, we really appreciated it. We definitely recommend this location. Exceptional stay – incredibly clean and welcoming! We had a wonderful experience at this apartment. The property is very spacious and extremely well maintained, offering plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere was calm and inviting. The host and staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. They even left us snacks, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. We felt truly cared for throughout our stay. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again!

A wonderful place to rest, the room was very clean and comfortable, with a kitchen that has literally everything and a nice terrace where we had space to have breakfast together. The yard is huge and nicely arranged, a wide lawn where we could play with our dog and a part of the yard equipped with wonderful toys for children where our little girl had fun.

    This lovely little town offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere full of locals having their morning coffee and/or playing backgammon. On Saturdays, the town comes alive with a bustling market, brimming with fresh produce and handmade goods.

    It is a truly unique village, not right on the beach but set...

    It is a truly unique village, not right on the beach but set back in the hills. The people and the authenticity of the place where just fantastic . Some great restaurants frequented by the locals, so good reasonable food. The place comes alive in the evening with the locals partying. Highly recommended.

    Small village very-very narrow streets.

    Small village very-very narrow streets. If you have bigger car (i.e. Toyota Hilux Pickup etc. or a car with trailer) its better to skip Sykia. Its 6 km from the Beach - its you have to know. Not all the villagers are likes the tourists (almost of them are not living from tourism! - so not everyone is kindly with the tourist. They are not rude - only ignore you and not help/speak with you, or maybe make a comment to you about you have got much money and they have not. etc.) I do not recommend it for long stay - only 2-3 days max.

    Green field around of bungalow,everything clean and have been looking after. In bungalow just one room and shower with toilet, but nice dinning area on the terrace I front of your door. Location is absolutely perfect clean sandy beach,nether have been craudy Located in lagoon surrounded by mountains water is clean. A choice of restaurants around and a shop on the beach. Nice paivkent among the beach, it’s also equipped with lights at night Staf friendly and helpful

    Nice place to stay for visiting east and south side of...

    Nice place to stay for visiting east and south side of Sithonia. In the day is a quiet village, but became more animated during the evening. Some terraces, doctor, pharmacie and supermarkets. By car you can reach the beaches for every taste, and close in the area you can find very good pastry shops, fish market and fresh fruits.

    Еverything was great. Perfect location, very calm and 2 min walking from the great Sikia beach. There are also other nice beaches within 5-10min by a car. Morfo, who is the owner is a very kind and nice lady. She was always ready to help. She gave us good tips as a bakary shop and Saturday Bazar at Sikia. She cleaned the apartment every day, leaving us a coffee capsules for the machine. For sure we would come back again when goes to Sikia.

    If you are looking for 5 stars hotels, for a chip price..well it's not it. If you are looking for a cozy place, were is very quiet at night, as far as 10 minutes from beach...you have found your place! The room was very clean, with discreet hosts, in a very nice way, and equipped with all that is necessary for a vacation. We love it!
