The location was great. We were at most 50 meters from the sea. The facility manager really helped us a lot. Every room had air conditioning. We loved the balcony views. The house was close to Petra, Molyvos and the center.

The rooms are new, everything is in good quality from the shower head to the hanging spot, the mosquito net and the outdoor sitting area. All was chosen carefully with a modern design and for the guest’s maximum comfort. I like that it’s not in the heart of the city, I enjoyed the tranquility, the nice garden and the horse farm nearby. I wish we could stay for more nights there. Please note that you must go via a dusty road (not a main road) to access the property, it can be confusing. 30 minutes from/to Mytilini airport.

It's an amazing place. The owners are very friendly (and the whole family en cleaning woman too!) We stayed for a pretty long time (18 nights) and I am glad we choose this hotel. We have 3 children (1, 4 and 7 years old) and they could entertain themselves easily with the playground, swimming pool and the toys. And most important (as a mom) it's save! They have enough space and they have fences everywhere

The house and host was amazing, A very comfortable and functionally renovated village house. The garden is delightful, and we had all our breakfasts there. The kitchen is stocked with everything we need, as is the bathroom. The house is spotlessly clean. The host was very helpful. We will definitely return and plan to stay longer. I recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

First of all, I would like to thank the host for providing such a beautiful, cozy, and comfortable house, as well as for their warm hospitality. The place we stayed in is in a very beautiful location, surrounded by olive groves and nature, with fresh air and natural beauty all around. It is a bit far from the city, but definitely the perfect choice for those who want to stay in a peaceful environment away from the crowds, while still being able to reach the coast and beaches with a short drive. The house itself is very special, featuring modern interiors, comfortable sofas, a dining table, all the kitchen appliances needed to cook meals, coffee machines, television, internet, and more. Our host is a wonderful person who kindly offered us early check-in, late check-out, and even fresh eggs upon our arrival. She prefers using warm and friendly body language rather than English to communicate, which made us feel very welcome. I give this place 5 stars, as I did not encounter any negativity or problems during our stay. Thank you so much… See you again..

A cute, quiet apartment amongst the fields and farmland near to Mantamados. Comfortable and convenient with easy parking. Very close to Pedi beach (lovely fish restaurant Kimini) in one direction and the other direction to Aspropotamos for Yalo-Yalo beach bar and tavernas. Every year we visit the monastery in Mantamados, and the fantastic bakery in the village, but this was our first time staying in this location..and we so happy there we will be back soon.

The house was clean and adequate. It is very close to kanoni beach. The sea was shallow, warm and it was a sand beach. The sunbeds were free but you have to buy drinks or so at the bar. In the 6-7km radius there are 2 supermarkets (Lidl). The city center is 10 mins away by car. Without a car, travelling around the island might be more difficult The hosts are very kind, helpful lovely people. Thank you very much for everything.

The apartment was so spacious and well laid out. All the bedrooms were upstairs and there was a large bathroom with toilet upstairs and a shower and toilet downstairs. Perfect for families. There are 3 taverns close by. Great food and friendly service. Our children loved being so close to the water. It was a very tranquil location. The stunning monestry Taxiarhi is close by. Great coffee, spanokopita and loukoumades! Such a lovely location. Lesvos is such a big island and so much to see and do. Definitely need a car and expect to do lots of driving. We went to Molivos, Panagouda, Pamphila, Mesagris, Skopelos, Perama, Agiasis and Mytilini in 3.5 days. Stratis was so welcoming and so accommodating. Our children loved hanging out with him. Such a kind man.

The room is comfortable and special. Is is a renovated mansion with special character. Amenities more than expected (such as slippers). Very clean. Excellent service. Very nice people. Totally recommended. Value for price 10 and actually, I would prefer it to hotels with more stars.

    If you're planning on visiting Then do NOT prepay for your...

    If you're planning on visiting Then do NOT prepay for your whole stay. Chances are you WILL notice the ants on the counter, the wrecked washing machine, the swollen wood doors or the torn up Mosquito sliding doors and you WILL change your mind! The island has a lot to offer but the property is disappointing to say the least!
