Fantastic apartment, beautifully furnished! Lovely bedding, nice supplied toiletries and kitchen items, great storage and a lovely terrace. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others, a lot of thought has gone into it. A friendly and helpful host who sent us helpful photos to locate the entrance of the property so we had no issues finding it.

The room was very modern, spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the terrace and hot tub. Everything about the service was well thought out and the staff were the best. Breakfast was lovely and a great atmosphere in the bar downstairs and on the rooftop. Also highly recommend the massage available as the masseuse was brilliant!

Dream place. I can not find the right words. The view is unique, the hotel is one of the top with so many facilities - a few to mention: 3 swimming pools, 3 restaurants, kids ground with up to date trainers, great massage. We tried athletic massage, and it was much better than expected. The architecture is speechless. Breakfast with variation, including Cretan elements. The room is very convenient and clean with spinaloga view. Staff cleans it literally all day more than once. As for the bed, my kid could not sleep without waking up during the night. In this bed, he slept more hours than even. The staff is so polite - top of the top - which makes the accommodation even more amazing. Great HR selection 👌

Amazing hotel with two private beaches towards the Mirabello Bay. It’s possible to snorkel directly from there in front of the hotel!! The bay is calm and perfect for swimming. The hotel as a 25 meter pool (also nice for swimming). The views from the hotel restaurants were amazing and the area just beautiful. Every 10 meters there was a possibility to relax on sunbeds directly at the water side in a very private way (even though it is a large hotel with many people). The area is very big around the hotel so that people would spread out. The diving centre attached to it was superb with possibilities to dive, rent a boat to snorkel (just for yourself) and much more. The food was delicious and can be served to the sunbeds with the hotel's own app (beer at the beach etc).

The location was fabulous, sheltered sandy beach with water sports and close proximity to two local towns which both had an excellent choice of restaurants. The staff were all first class throughout the hotel and extremely polite. Our hotel room was perfect with the added benefit of shared pool which seemed private as the other two rooms adjoining us didn’t use. Would definitely return when next in Crete.

We spent our honeymoon holiday in this hotel. It was in the city center but in a quite area. Closed to the nice beachs. We give 5 stars to the hospitality of stuff!! We loved our room view, and thank you for the wine:)

Outstanding Service and Amazing Staff ! We had a wonderful stay at the hotel – everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. But what truly made the experience special was the incredible staff. Irinny helped us when we had an issue with our transportation – she immediately took action, made phone calls, and made sure we got the help we needed. Her kindness and quick thinking made a huge difference. Roula was amazing throughout our entire stay – always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed around the hotel. Her warmth made us feel right at home. Thank you both so much! Highly recommended – this hotel stands out not only for its hospitality, but for the amazing people who work there.
