We stood in the room with direct access to the pool and it was exceptionally beautiful, calm and clean. The room and bathroom were beyond comfortable and pleasing to the eye. Perfect location with plenty of restaurants and beach nearby.

We were amazed by the variation and the quality of the food served in the restaurant. The hotel served a lot dishes from the greek cuisine, which we loved. We could taste a lot of greek dishes that you could find in a restaurants menu and the flavours were superb! Our kids loved the pools and waterslides. We had a room by the main pool on the ground floor, which was very convenient with the kids. We stayed at the older part of the hotel buildings, which has a lot of greenery around🙂 The hotel buildings, gardens and overall territory was beautifully maintained ja very clean. Hotel staff was always very polite and nice to us. We liked that the hotel was close to the town. Our room seemed newly renovated and was cleaned every day. The bathroom was extremely small, with the door open, but it was no big deal for us🙂

Everything was great. Particularly the stuff, who with their commitment and helpfulness made the stay very pleasant and trouble-free. Very nice and spacious rooms, very well equipped. Our room had a view to the sea and it was very nice to hear the sound of waves in the morning right under our own windows. From the hotel yard you go straight down onto the beach with a few stairs. The sandy beach is long, very clean and with lots of sea shells. The bar is well equipped, breakfasts plentiful with a large selection of local delicacies. The restaurant serves such delicious meals that you do not feel like looking for anything else somewhere in the town.

The staff is absolutely wonderful, so welcoming, funny, nice, so helpful. That was the highlight of the trip. In addition, the location, the beach, the facilities (free spa, free sunbeds, free private yoga classes), and the breakfast were amazing.

The staff were very nice and professional. As it was my birthday the staff left a bottle of wine and a birthday card in my room which was very very sweet and appreciated a lot. The pool facilities are absolutely exceptional - a large main pool, a smaller warm pool and a jacuzzi surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. 10 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the bus stop to chania town and all surrounding beaches. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks all available from the restaurant/bar throughout the day and everything I ordered was delicious! We also had a late flight home and even though we checked out at half 10 in the morning we were allowed use the pool and facilities for the rest of the day which was very kind. Couldn't have picked a better hotel!

We had some minor problems with a room (some sewage smell) and the staff was really kind. Exceptionally kind. We got another room and it was amazing. They treated the problem really well. Overall the whole hotel is really good but I wanted to highlight the staff and/or the management for their work. Thanks

Incredible experience! The best hotel we have ever been to! Large spotless appartments, impressive view of the sea and swimming pool in front of the appartment! Very easy to park in front of the hotel. Very friendly team, we couldn t expect a better place to spend our holidays!
