Evina was an exceptional host who made sure to attend to any needs. Throughout our stay, we were provided with fresh eggs, olive oil, fruit, coffee; wine and raki, amongst other things. We got married during our stay and returned to the villa the day after our wedding to find a bottle of fizz, a cake and rose petals which was a lovely surprise! The location of the villa was excellent as it was not too far from Rethymnon but far enough to be peaceful. There was an excellent supermarket not too far from the villa which Evina recommended on the day we arrived.

You must go to Villa Horizon. The view is exceptional and unforgettable, the villa is located in a very quiet area and it is very private there. You have a pool for yourself. The rooms are comfortable, cosy and clean. The hosts are very helpful and they want to make your stay as great as possible.

Amazing experience My stay at Amira hotel was absolutly great. The hotel is brand new, meaning all the facilities are in a perfect shape. It is even better than the photos. Best of all is the staff, very kind, helpful, smiling,  dedicated to your needs and to make your stay the best possible. I had the good surprise to be upgraded (without asking maybe due to low season?) to a room with sea front view, which was absolutly great. The room is decorated with taste, cleanned every day, with good bedding. The swimming pool area is really nice, and the access to the beach is easy. There is also an inside heated pool, very nice. The beach is clean, has a beautiful view on the mountains on the west, the water is really clean and safe. You can see a beautiful sunset every day. The main restaurant included in the half board is good from my experience of such hotels: tasty, varied and fresh. I strongly recommand the "gourmet" restaurant, the Kritamo: excellent food and large portions with a top class service. The spa is beautiful, good massages, great staff. You can also enjoy sauna and hammam for free, just need to make a booking. It has been a long time I didn't enjoy such a good stay and such a high value for price, thank you very much to all the Amira Team.

Brand new hotel, right on the beach! Very nice rooms with all the amenities you need and a super bed! The quality of the food is very good and the view from the restaurant is amazing! Highly recommended!

Everything was great! The food was very tasty, the garden of the hotel very beautiful, the rooms were cleaned every day, and the view from the balcony.. I can still see when I close my eyes. We will miss Crete very much, we will definitely return to the same hotel, thank you to the nice ladies at the reception, the smiling waiters in the restaurant, the bartenders for the amazing cocktails! I really wanted to write you to say that traveling around the world and providing different culture for our family is what we value the most. Knowing Greece was my biggest dream in my 41 years life… It is so special to have chosen somewhere so committed with the guests. We are very impressed and thankful. A good room with beautiful view was something so important to me and you found us simply the most beautiful room we could wish/deserve. Kids are enjoying everything, they loved the aquapark! I loved the wine menu available in the all inclusive experience. Our cretan barbecue during the sunset was a gift! This is the best resort we have ever been to, and when I say that, believe me, it is a huge thing! We have been to the best in caribean, Florida, Brazil, Portugal, Italy, Spain… As the music says: You’re simply the best! We will never forget these days!

    Loved the property but, just a little too far away from everything but that was our fault for not checking the area properly. The property had everything you could need including bathroom essentials, a welcome pack and water.
