We don’t drive so it was great with the Bus stop so close. Great views to the sea. Close to a great restaurant “ Stafilos restaurant “and lovely beach. Lots of stairs kept us fit and being on a hill a perfect way to start the day was with a run to the beach for a swim and back for breakfast.

Absolutely stunning atmosphere of the place, its location and the vibe it gives. The studio is small but big enough to offer a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and nice. The host welcomed us, gave us instructions and recommendations for the area. The view is as at the pictures, absolutely amazing, at night you can just sit at the balcony and enjoy the night sky and the sea(don’t forget on repellent). Right under the accommodation are 2 beaches, we recommend to walk a bit more to the second one through a small forest because you’ll end up on the empty beach, with beach bar, sun beds and umbrellas. Close to the house is beautiful restaurant where you can have lunch or dinners. We took cabs to come to the venue, and it was always comfortable even when we went for the trips to the other cities. Definitely recommend and would come back.

Wonderful warm and helpful staff made our stay. Great location walking distance to Stafylos beach and only short drive to Skopelos town. Wonderfully large and deep swimming pool with shaded deck chairs. Spacious, clean and comfortable Villa with kitchen. Nice that the breeze could come in the windows/doors from all directions so you don't always need air con to cool down. Fantastic balcony to sit and beautiful views.

Iason was an amazing host. He had great reccomendations, offered us free breakfast and really saved our flight home, organizing everything after the ferry was canceled. The location is just perfect for relaxing holiday in beautiful nature.

Nice location, everything you need, comfortable, clean, great view. In addition to all this there is a communal kitchen fully stocked with basics like tea, coffee, croissants and a laundry room. The owner Sofia is so helpful and friendly, any problems she will sort it out ..

We stayed in the residence for about ten nights. It is located near to the centre of skopelos, and thirty minutes away from glossa. Furthermore it is in a perfect location to reach the greatest beaches of the island. The mansion we used was for five people. Each one has a small balcony at the entrance from whom you can see a breathtaking view. The house has its entrance in the kitcen which was enough big to also put a bed for the fifth person. The other rooms had one a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom was not so large. The air conditiotioner is in a perfect position to refresh all the rooms during a hot night. Personally, we had a perfect stay. All of what we were looking for was there. The house was near to the centre so it was so easy for us to go out for a walk after dinner. The house was welcoming and the lady running the business was the swetest. She was always available for every issue. The service was also amazing. Whenever we came back from a day at the beach we always came back and found the house clean and tidy. Furthermore every four days we had our sheets and towels changed. We never had such a great time, we advice this residence to anyone who wants to spend a lovely time in skopelos.

    Getting to the island was a little bit of a challenge but...

    Getting to the island was a little bit of a challenge but very much worth it. The beaches around the island are absolutely beautiful with crystal clear waters, and they are a short drive away from Stafylos which makes it an ideal base location. Moped and car rental is very cheap, we rented a moped for 12 days which cost around £140. The island was of course one of the filming locations for Mamma Mia! so if you are interested in visiting them there are tours available, but I would personally recommend doing some research before you visit and explore yourself. The Chapel of St. John is one location that is in particularly beautiful, and I would recommend visiting around dusk as the sky is like a painting. The town offers amazing places to eat and drink, depending where you go the prices vary but there is lots to choose from, I would recommend Kochylis bakery and patisserie for breakfast and lunch, and there is a food van near in the evenings that offer a traditional gyros that are cheap for the portion size. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, truly beautiful place that I would happily visit again/

    Very scenic location with one of the most beautiful and...

    Very scenic location with one of the most beautiful and accesible beaches on the island and a very good and affordable restaurant with incredible view. On the downside is that the beach is quite narrow and every day or so the passing sea jet will cause huge waves which sweep away everything that sits on the beach. Also, beach bar is very expensive with a very basic selection of foods and drinks.

    The location of Stafylos is good, the view from the top of...

    The location of Stafylos is good, the view from the top of the road is amazing. Close to Skopelos (4-5 km). The water is crystal clear, turquoise green with rocks on the side. The beach is difficult to reach on a very steep road. By car: the parking place is very limited. Be careful with the parking (Police checks regularly: it is forbidden to stop on the left side of the road on the way down. they take the number plates). The beach is long but narrow. The 2 sunbeds + umbrella is 12€. There is a small bar. But no toilet. The quality of the whole beach is not the real one: it is very natural. There are better beaches to visit in Skopelos. The restaurant is very good with polite staff and delicious food. The accomodations are very modern and well equipped.

    Nice beach, moderately crowded, moderately priced sunbeds and umbrellas (10 EUR). The beach is relatively close to the port of Skopelos, but acces is not that easy (a steep road, difficult to find a parking place, a little bit to walk from the bus stop), with a nice restaurant close to the beach and a good beach bar.

    Great location - really relaxing, only 4km into Skopelos Town and a bus straight there 2 great beaches with tavernas on the both beaches Watersports available on Stafylos beach - paddleboarding / kayaking / Sun loungers/umbrellas but also space to just lay down your towel Clean clear water Really good restaurants close by Close to Agnondas for beach / seafood restaurants

    The apartment was really beautiful,big and clean,with equipped kitchen,fridge,oven and a comfortable living room with sofa and tv. Mosquitos nets on all windows,balconies.... The area was quiet,and the bus stop is just one minute walking.Also parking inside if you have car. Spyros,the manager,was really kind and helpful for everything even before my arrival. You can easily reach two beautiful beaches (Stafylos and Velanio) in 10-15 minutes of walking.

    The location was really good, very nice view, the apartment is well equipped and the host, Alexandra, is really helpful and nice. The apartment is quiet close to the Stafylos and Velanio beaches…like 10 minutes on walk, but also really close to other important parts of the island, if you have a car. We had a wonderful time.

    If you are looking for nice and cozy place on this beautiful island then do not search further. Family running small hotel with good breakfast , close to the two nice beaches and with special gift in form of small cove. You will love swimming there. You will have the sea view from the room. Highly recommended.
