We have truly wonderful memories of this hotel. The whole family is incredibly hospitable, and you can really feel that everything they do, they do with heart. It's clear they genuinely want their guests to feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are very clean, as is the area around the hotel. The beach is right next to the property, and there was almost always space available on the sun loungers by the pool. The whole surrounding area is very pleasant and peaceful. We also traveled to other parts of Crete, but this place remained our favorite by far. Thank you once again for all your kindness and for providing us with everything we needed during our stay.

Our stay at Filia Luxury Suites was absolutely amazing. The residence is brand new, truly luxurious and spacious. There’s air conditioning in both rooms, and a huge terrace with a nice view of the garden with clementine and mandarin trees. You’ll find a kettle, a mini fridge, Nescafé, shower with shampoo and a hairdryer – even cotton pads, swabs, and tissues are provided. Bright white towels, beach towels, and slippers were prepared on our bed upon arrival. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable – we had a great night’s sleep every night. Cleaning, bed linen, and towel changes were done daily, which made our stay extra comfortable. The closest beach is cca. 500 metres, with sandy beach and water sports. Other bays are near by too. Every evening, Mr. Jorgos, the owner of the property and the chef, treated us to wonderful meals – a real highlight of our trip. Mr. Jorgos, Mrs. Argira, and Ms. Filia are the best hosts we’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. We had an unforgettable week and can’t wait to return as soon as possible!

The location of the hotel is one of the best (if not the best) in Stalida, right on the beachfront. It is perfect for relaxing holiday. The stuff were friendly and accommodating. We had a minor issue with our room upon arrival, but it was promptly resolved.

Extremely helpful and nice staff - outperformed numerous more expensive hotels that we have visited so far. We felt very much welcomed. Special thanks to the Animation Team - Peter and Katarina - our kids loved Kids Club activities. Food was good, AC worked fine, everything met our expectations.

    It has everything for either family or couples stay, what we love about Stalidaqq, is it's completely flat, there are so many different places to eat, drink, eand ven beach accesses. You are within 15 mins walk to Maila, if you want something lively, and 15 mins on the local bus (2 Euros) to Hasonasis, which is a bigger town.

    Beautiful surroundings lots of lovely bars and restaurants on seafront and plenty of choice no extra charges for seafront location Very friendly and welcoming people Not too busy!! Just right May be nice to have some entertainment in bars?? Live music or shows?? Sweet world is a must!! Beautiful breakfast pastries and own made ice cream different flavours most days build your own sandwiches/baguettes all lovely and fresh ingredients and excellent value for money!! Very busy but well run and lovely and clean lovely toilets!! 😁 Frequented Rovers Return it became our “local “ would benefit from maybe occasional entertainment/quiz/bingo ?? Not very busy which is a shame as very nice location surrounding and food!! Lovely shops Would definitely return!!

    We found the local people in the shops and restaurants friendly. Food was delicious and not overly expensive. We felt safe, even walking late at night. There is a sense of Community. We are a not so young, retired couple.

    We stayed on the beach road were it is flat for walking right in the centre of Stalis lots of shops Taverners.and right next to lots of different beaches. Every one is friendly and can help with anything. Local buses are easy to use.

    Surpassed my expectations!

    Surpassed my expectations! Beautiful place, beach is stunning. Lots of bars and restaurants. Touristy but still feels very Greek. Lovely food, we didn’t have a bad meal all week, however the menus everywhere are all pretty similar. Locals are friendly and relaxed. Stalis has a lovely vibe, everyone is happy! Service at bars and restaurants is slow compared to UK but if you’re on holiday who cares?!! You can take the bus to Malia for 2 euros or a taxi for 10 euros. It only takes around half an hour to walk but that’s not fun when it’s hot! The old town is beautiful and definitely worth a visit. Would recommend Zorba's restaurant.

    I am in love with Stalida and will travel there again as soon as possible. Maria’s Golden Beach restaurant recommands, water sports as well. Try always greek traditional food, it is amazing. The kindest people l have ever met when on holiday.

    We thank all the staff at the hotel, they were very warm and welcoming and always helped us when we needed their help. We thank the warm welcome of the person at the reception who was on the night shift. He was from Romania, as well as Mrs. Mariana, who took care of our comfort all the time. The women also uniquely cleaned our rooms, for which we thank you. The most beautiful thing was the view in the hotel. There was an incredible view of the beach. Thank you.

The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing holiday. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of variety to start the day right.
