We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sigma Luxury Suites in Sivota. This place is a true gem for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and stunning surroundings. Perfect stay at the best hotel ever!The resort is amazing,location is with the most beautiful view! This brand new property is simply amazing! All rooms come with a swimming pool and the design is very modern and luxurious. The view is breathtaking and the common spaces excellent with attention to the details. Eirini at the reception was very kind and always willing to help making our stay even more special. The breakfast was excellent, with many options and local products. The restaurant of the hotel and Chef Christos are simply the best. Small manu but with quality and taste of very high standards. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a combination of a five star hotel services with a personal touch in your stay.

We spent our 2023 summer vacation and the place was amazing! The Sivota Seascape villas have great location right in front of the sea, where the water is crystal clear and there is a small island in front at approx.100m distance. Inside the villas everything is at top quality and the view outside is astonishing. Everyday cleaning is done. Helen at the reception was so kind and helpful - she advised us of nearby beaches restaurants and bar. She also gave us fruit gifts for our last night just to confirm that the destination, the service and the kind people are great reason to come back next summer.

First the hotel is very close to beautiful beaches. Second the downtown and the dock is nearby so do the restaurants with delicious sea food, meat and salads. Third - the host which is an amazing person that helped us on every ocasion. Fourth - clean rooms and daily fresh linen and towels. Fifth - nice atmosphere at the hotel.

    Sivota is a lovely small town without the overwhelming...

    Sivota is a lovely small town without the overwhelming crowds found in nearby Parga. It’s surrounded by many beautiful beaches—rocky, sandy, or pebbly—something for everyone’s taste. Parga is about half an hour away. There are also plenty of excursions on offer, including trips to Corfu, Paxos, and Antipaxos... The town has plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops. It has an excellent fish market and butcher shop, and it's also possible to buy fresh fish directly from the fishermen early in the morning. There’s also a good diving center where you can learn how to dive, as well as buy quality equipment for diving and snorkeling—which is great, considering that Sivota is an excellent spot for both activities.

    Bella Vraka tbh was a little underwhelming but Sivota Golf hotel beach was terrific. A week is probably the maximum duration as it isn't a large resort. Ostria restaurant next door was 10/10

    Sivota is a pretty little town in a nice bay with islands.

    Sivota is a pretty little town in a nice bay with islands. Aimed at tourists, it has nice shops and a good selection of restaurants. The seafront has plenty of sea taxis and daily cruises on offer. The nearest beach is about 10 mins walk from the downtown area. I swam there and was able to continue on around the headland though had to be careful of boat traffic in some places. We found it pleasantly quiet (end August) and relaxing for an overnight stay.

    A lot of beaches to explore as well as some little islets hundreds meters from the center. Very cool and relaxing atmosphere, no over crowded as Parga ! But you need a car to reach a lot of the beaches and obviously a blat for the lil islets. The other big downsize is the to high prices of accommodations for the quality you get and also the prices in tavernas or restaurants 15/20% higher than the other parts on this north west coast of Greece without reasons (not better foid, not bigger demand than other part, not better service !???!!!).

    Syvota is a characterful seaside village.

    Syvota is a characterful seaside village. The waterfront area is beautiful - with wonderful sunsets. There are a number of shops with a range of touristy, boutique and other items. There are a lot of restaurants and bars to choose from. There are a range of boat tours available - we did the E12.50 island tour - dropping off at Blue Lagoon. We booked for 10.30 but they overbooked and we couldn't get on - they asked us to wait an hour. We rebooked for 3.30 which was perfect for the last pick up at 6. In our opinion the beaches south of Syvota are far nicer than Blue Lagoon.

    New, clean, modern, spacious - we stayed only 1 night, but would recommend it if Syvota suits one´s expectations. For us the town was a bit too touristic, but well kept and only a short walk from the apartment. There is a nice pool and space for parking, and there are many beautiful beaches in short distance.

    The resort is located on a hill with a view, the grounds are impecably maintained, the room we had was spacious and nicely designed. The pools are nice and the half private beach (it is shared with another hotel) is beautiful.
