Everything was perfect at this hotel. Especially Rafaela and the team are so great. I can easily say that they are really helpful. Rafaela supported me at every step of my vacation plan, From rental arrangements to changed plans integrations. Easy five stars. If you guys have limited time at Crete like 4-5 days. Just stay here and feel free to enjoy Crete.

It's not typical from us to go back to the same city twice, let alone staying in the very same accomodation twice! This was our second time staying at Kydon, in two consecutive years, and we will come back! BEST FREDDO CAPPUCCINO and comfiest bed ever! I have to say though that our first time staying here was much more outstanding and this is thanks to the staff here. Rena and Kiki, special shout out to you again! They remembered us from last year, and these are the "little somethings" that makes somebody want to come back. Although everyone was nice this year too, we could feel that it wasn't the same this time. Last year everyone was super happy, smiling all the time, you could feel that they loved what they were doing, but this time we felt that the newbies were not as professional as the ones we recognised from last year. I feel like the people should receive more recognition! Because of last years' experience we will come back at least to say hi to the friends we made here. We came back to Crete because of Kydon and more specifically because of the staff, that worked here. Please have more people like we've met last year work here and give them the recognition they deserve, because it's really the key to success! ❤️

    It was very tranquil but the beach area was perfect....not...

    It was very tranquil but the beach area was perfect....not very large but very sandy so easy to swim from and seemed safe for children...more fish than we thought. Beach bar was low key but just perfect. The local restaurant was a lovely setting, the staff were enthusiastic and nice and we enjoyed the evening there even though the food was not outstanding. Further up the to main road are more restaurants. Irenes had rave reviews but have to say we were most disappointed - again nice staff but chaos as food came all at different times and rather chaotic 0 can be charming as in holidays but this was taken to the limit. Everyone we met were lovely and most hospitable

    The bed was very comfortable here - two fluffy pillows for both people, a good mattress, well-smelling sheets. The location is just perfect - close to the airport, but the neighborhood is quiet and private, wild nature all around, peaceful atmosphere, other visitors were also peaceful and quiet. The apartment and balconies were just perfect, there is nothing to complain about. I recommend it to those who want to find ideal and comfortable accommodation away from crowded places and appreciate the beauty of nature.

    We loved staying at Tersanas Beach Lodges!

    We loved staying at Tersanas Beach Lodges! The place is beautiful (it looks even better in real life), the pool is amazing and the view is absolutely to die for. The studio was very comfy and had all the utilities we needed. The cherry on top of the cake is the staff. They’re absolutely delightful! Georgina and Peter were super helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. It’s been an absolute pleasure! We didn’t have a car or a bike but the place is an easy walk to Tersanas beach and only a 30 min walk to Stavros, and pretty easy to get to Chania by bus or taxi. I would 100% recommend staying here – we can’t wait to go back :)

    Lovely hotel by the sea. Very good breakfast at the hotel, thank you Mimi! And you should also try the food from the snack bar, they are really good too. Very clean rooms and the hotel's surroundings are beautiful. A walk to a small sandy beach where you can also find a tavern. About 20 minutes walk to the nearest shops. You should have a rental car, many restaurants and beaches are a short drive away. Thank you once again Mimi and Tasos and the rest of the staff :)

    The accomodation was perfect, from the location to the beautiful view and bedroom's confort. Peter was a great host, very responsive and always ready to help! Also the staff was super helpful, the cleaning lady (Ms. Maria) always left my bedroom impecable, super cleany, and Miranda, super nice and helpful always receiving me with a smile and with great tips that allowed me to have the best experience in Crete!

    The host Maria was very kind and responsive. The accommodation was great, comfortable beds, enough space of the rooms with amazing sea view from the terrace. Very calm place outside of the crowded Chania. Great taverns nearby, don’t skip Tersanas taverna with great food and romantic atmosphere.

    The lady who met us was so so kind. She went above and beyond. She offered drinks, help with our bags and lent us two rubber rings for the pool. We had the pool to ourselves. Great view. Comfy beds. 10 mins from Chania airport. Perfect! Enjoyed Irene's tavern for dinner too
