I arrived very late. Nonetheless, the receptionist was so understanding and helpful. I have nothing but praise for both receptionists because I also locked myself out of my room . The morning receptionist helped me with great humour. She also took my bags into the storage area, which enabled me to meet up with my friends in the nearby square. The location is really convenient for all access to Karditsa town.

Staff was excellent, genuinely welcome. Maria was very helpful in my whole stay, thank you a lot. Very clean, really important for me. Also the mattress was great, not too soft neither very hard. Nice big bathtub was a plus.
