Located right next to the sea and integrated in a lovely garden, Spitaki Λόχος is a great place to enjoy your holiday and recharge. The house is spacious, thanks to the loft-bedroom. The interior is made with care, from the comfortable couches, to the wooden staircase and the furniture. Cooking is possible and also using the grill in the garden. There are nice spots of natural interest to explore, closeby Velika, such as some hiking routes. Neighboring villages, such as Metaxochori, are also nice to visit, to experience the local culture. So it is possible to be a bit more flexible with adjusting the day-plan considering also the weather and of course to then enjoy different views and experiences. The hosts, Vana and Nikos are very friendly, hold great knowledge about the surroundings and are very passionate about what they have created and looking ahead.

We loved the area - it's very calm, it's very close to the sea, and there are short hikes around. Also Adi (the owner) and her husband were very hospitable and kind!! They made sure we know that we can count on them if we need anything :) we had a really great time and we wish we could have stayed longer!

Great place to stay in the area. Amazing hosts, probably a family business, with great attention to details. We will definetely go back. I highly reccomend it. Restaurant next door is also very good and run by the same people.

Ourania was an excellent host!! Very kind and with immediate response. The house was clean, comfortable, and well located. It is between two organized beach bars. The seaview from the veranda is fantastic. Everything is walking distance, tavernas, bars, minimarkets. The kids loved it. Overall, we had a marvellous stay!! I highly recommend it.

    Velika is a very serene and peaceful place to have a vacation right on the seaside. Eating out is not always an option, since a lot of places tend to close earlier in the season. Getting around is either by taking a long walk, or by car. If you have a bicycle with you, that might be perfect, since the road is pretty even throughout. The beach is the main highlight of the area, but other activities are also options, such as visiting Lake Karla, mountaineering, etc.

    If you look for genuine greek experince come here. Must go to Pareo beach bar or the mazing Kalivi beach. Go to eat to Maria tavern, the "yummi yummi man "will serve you with smile and jokes. Water are clear and relaxing

    Modern and spacious amenities with a nice shared garden and in close proximity (3-4 minutes walk) from the beach and restaurants/cafes/markets which made the property being quiet when you needed to, but at the same time next to the vibrant social spaces. Friendly owners that were available to make your stay as best as possible during your holidays. The property's parking at a distance of 1-2 minutes walk from the rooms, was a bonus, even though the area provides plenty of free civil parking spaces.

    The host is very friendly and helpful .The sunrise from the garden is amazing. Best pictures ever with a sunrise I take it here. The rooms are big enough and with a lot of light. big refrigerator. I liked the table from outside the room. The room was warm enough and we didn't need the AC, The room from the ground floor dosen't have AC. The host try to help you with some tips about surroundings.

    Excellent place for relaxation. Close to the beach. Everything you need is at hand. Beautifully kept garden. Privacy and beauty. The house is outside of Velika, on a steep hillside, approximately 1 mile from the village.
