Very nice layout of the room. Shower was big and warm water came quickly. Aircon worked well, but a bit strong blowing over bed. The kitchenet and dinning made a big difference, adding to comfort.

The service was impeccable - from check in to check out - every employee I engaged with was extremely professional and accommodating. The restaurants are amazing - the concierge assisted with travel coordination - the entry valets were super friendly and helpful. The room was amazing - the view spectacular - the bed and linens top-notch - room service very good. We had prearranged for breakfast in our room - it was a fantastic decision. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the St Regis and will return during the holiday season later this year.

We moved to this hotel on the 26th december for 2 nights after 3 nights at St Regis and experiencing some very unpleasant matters. The hotel is great, service was excellent, there were plenty of dining options offered inside the hotel, a very well-equipped gym with a beautiful harbor view. We dined at the chinese restaurant (The Legacy House), food was excellent and service was great too from the hostess who welcomed us and brought us to our seats to the staff who took great care of us from the start till the end of our meal.

The metro station is just steps away, making it incredibly easy to reach all the must-see attractions. Access to the airport is also very straightforward. Now, about the hotel itself—the staff deserves the highest praise! They are extremely helpful, answering every question in detail and always ready to assist. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and this hotel exceeds expectations in that regard, standing out from many others. The rooms are spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed with every detail in mind. We truly felt as comfortable as we do at home.
