Stone beach with calm, crystal and warm water. Very good for children. It was really crowded at the end of August, so I advise to arrive early in the beach otherwise you won't find a spot. Baška is a beautiful town, slightly cramped by the beach, but very lovely to walk through and enjoy a good meal or delicious ice-cream. Many things to see in the vicinity as well - there are hiking trails, biking trails, as well as the historical Church of Sv. Great for youth and families with kids. Too crowded to find enough good places to rest and no shadow on the beach - well you can pay for some. Facilities are good: food, drink, playing stuff, entertainment, better than in Krk town. Many small and bigger restaurants and bars with altering quality, but all in the range of acceptable to good. everything is great, the beach is clean, and there are some water sports activities available. The working staff at that beach are very friendly, at night on the beach side it looks like a small night market. The view of the beach is stunning. We had a room for 4 so we had plenty of room for our cases. For the pool area we had a chip to enter so it was only for hotel guests. On the beach chairs are Euro 10 each. We ate twice in the evening for dinner, where a buffet was served for Euro 25. per person, good value for money. In the evening we went to the village and walked by the sea.
