The facility is newly renovated, everything is new, the kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is nice, the owners are very nice, the beach is 50 meters away, there is plenty of space for a barbecue, parking is available in front of the house.

Beautiful modern new apartment, bedrooms with enough cabinets for whole family, even the washing machine, fantastic big terrace with sea view. Everything is close - beach, bakery and 2 very good restaurants. Very private and relaxing place, short walk to night bars if you wish to party. Nice and very friendly owner, we have got welcome wine bottle too. Thank you! Kitchen fully equipped, fish market just few minutes by car. Island Krapajn is just 5min by ferry and worth to visit its turquoise beach. Brodarica is perfect for paddleboarding too. We had amazing vacation here, definitely one of our best in Croatia!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is very convenient, cozy and home-like. The internet was reliable, and the hosts were extremely friendly—always quick and kind in responding to any requests. The area is perfect for a family vacation: close to the sea, with a good beach in a calm district. The accommodation is clean, spacious, with great air conditioning, and the beds are very comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Highly recommended!

    The flat is only 50 m from the sea, with a lovely little...

    The flat is only 50 m from the sea, with a lovely little sheltered and secluded terrace. The flat has only recently been built and everything is new and in great condition. Comfortable bed in the separate bedroom, the rest of the flat is air conditioned and the aircon is very effective. IF you want to leave the windows open instead and get fresh air there are mosquito nets on all doors and windows so that is a nice positive at night. The electric shutters work really well and make the room pitch dark for sleeping.

    A good location, it has several beaches, there is no lack of restaurants, supermarkets, peace for those who want it. You can also do various activities (boating), there is also a complex dedicated to families with children nearby (a few km).

    Very calm, small and offering a very comfortable Rezaliste beach with huge parking free of charge. Situated in a very picturesque place close to Sibenik city. A lot of small marinas, one bigger dock with ferry to neighbouring Krapnj Island. Perfect place for long walks.

    A really quiet town in our experience, not much night life,...

    A really quiet town in our experience, not much night life, which is great for families and people who just want to rest. As for restaurants, most of them are busy but we were able to get a table without booking. We found only one café where they offered lactose free options for milk, and even they ran out of it for the next day. Locals are helpful and nice to tourists.

    Brilliant hosts, lovely small garden at our disposal as well as the patio in front of the appartement. The accommodation was very well situated for taking the ferry across to the neighbouring Krapanj island as well as a local bus to the nearby historic town of Šibenik.

    Lovely apartment with a great view to the sea. The beach was very close and there was a nice restaurant next to the house. I highly recommend Broderica, it is a peaceful little city, but is close to bigger towns as well, such as Trogir or Sibenik, in case you wish to do some sightseeing. Krapanj is a charming little island that can be approached by boat in 5 minutes, definitely worthy, especially at sunset hours! It was a super holiday there, thank you for the experience! 😊❤️🙏

    During our week long trip this apartment was by far the best accommodation that we had. It’s located in a calm part of Brodarica, only few minutes walk to a beach. The host is very friendly. Katarina advised us best sights and restaurants in the area. The apartment looks more like a house with a garden. It’s new and stylish. We loved relaxing in the garden and having barbecue in the evening. Highly recommended!

    Huge and very well equiped house. Big tarrases, grill, aircondition etc. Very nice and helpful owners. 5-7 min to the beach by foot, with car much faster. Shops, bakery very close. Sibenik and it's attractions reachable very fast by car.
