It is a very cozy residence with nice unblocked views over the vineyards. Was pleasantly surprised by the free access to the spa relaxation room which was a truly wonderfully touch. Most importantly- very hospitable staff. We were late and missed the wine tasting. But the staff Alexandra was still kind enough to arrange an enjoyable private tasting for us.

An exceptional choice to stay in Istria Region. The booking page does justice with what you encounter. Superb overall comfort and an AMAZING breakfast. Really nice pool. The location of the hotel is really good, having restaurants within walking distance. For those with car, San Rocco can work a good base to explore the region. We truly enjoyed our stay at LAKOTA’s house. The home is thoughtfully designed, creating a calm and cosy atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. It even exceeded our expectations compared to the photos. The house is well-equipped with everything you might need, including a great coffee machine that made our breakfasts even more enjoyable. It offers three spacious bedrooms with comfortable, wide beds. Communication with the host was smooth and easy—we arranged all details in advance via WhatsApp. Since we arrived late in the evening, we used the self-check-in procedure, which was straightforward and hassle-free. Parking is conveniently located near the property, well-lit, and feels very safe. If the main parking area is full, there are plenty of additional spaces available on the nearby streets. Brtonigla itself is a small but charming town. Right outside the house, you’ll find a cosy café/bar and a bakery for fresh breakfast pastries. For a proper meal, there’s also a lovely Italian restaurant next door with a great selection of food, wine, and drinks. Overall, we highly recommend staying at LAKOTA’s house if you’re looking for a relaxing and cosy place in Brtonigla.

Beautiful, new apartment, very well equipped, has everything you need. The owner was very nice and very helpful. There is a large terrace, living room, upstairs two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. Air conditioning in every room. The local beach, which is gentle, about 300 m, beach Dalja (sandy bottom - ideal for children) within comfortable walking distance. Not far from the apartment there is a children's playground. In the village there are 2 beach bars with food (burgers, pizza), a small shop, a fruit and vegetable stand. Bakery available in Dajla. In Umag (about 10 minutes by car) there are Spar and Lidl stores.

    Breakfast is great with many different choices. Rooms are modern and the room view is fantastic. Infinity pool and sunbeds are perfect. Villa has 5 rooms and 1 apartment, during our holidays we were half the dqy alone by the pool. Location is good, if you want to check the Northern part of Istria (Motovun, Buje, Umag, Novigrad, Groznjan). You can order drinks during the day in the restaurant above.

    We travel a lot and I honestly believe this is the finest hotel/residence we have stayed in. The location is perfect The staff is exceptionally professional, helpful and kind The residence it self was without fault. Great value for money I recommend taking a wine tasting tour and a room with a terrace and jacuzzi. We will definitely be back as soon as we can!

    The accomodation has an excellent location, the sea is a few minutes on foot, while Umag, Poreč and Brtonigla are also very close. The appartement is very clean and well equipped, Mirjana is a very kind and welcoming host. I highly recommend APP Rebecca :)
