Beautiful Adriatic island.
Beautiful Adriatic island. Rented a bicycle and cycled from Korćula to Vela Luka on the main 118 road and back (97km). Roads are very narrow and at times felt motorists, don't all respect cyclists. We did a food and wine bicycle tour of Korcula which was the highlight of our trip there! So fun, great wine, awesome hospitality. On Thursday nights, there is a festive traditional dance performance we attended called The Mareska sword dance. It was great! A beautiful and quiet island, extremely clean and well taken care off. Wonderful restaurants and cafes. People are extremely friendly and kind. Korcula is beautiful and there is so much history there. Water taxi is available every few minutes and the ferry to Peljesac is every 30 minutes.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

The location is great, in a quiet area not far from the old town of Korčula. The apartment itself was of a very high standard, exceeded our expectations and we felt like at home. The host, Daniela, is a very nice person, helpful and has great local knowledge of the island.
