The room was very good ( seems like you are the first to stay there, brand new) and the housekeeper is a very kind lady. The location is 25 minutes from knin and the nearest supermarket is there. So keep in mind to bring your essentials during your stay. There is a water well near the house where you can fill your bottles with fresh water. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great place in real unspoilt Croatian nature. The homekeepers were very nice, careful, friendly and exceptionally helpful. The spirit of the place is great as well as the friendliness of the homekeepers which we could feel during all our stay. We will happily get back again.

Very modern hotel on the banks of the Zrmanje River. The room (room 105) was very clean; the bathroom was modern with a wonderful shower system and an excellent view over the river. We had a small fridge freezer and a mini bar, as well as a settee, TV plus a table and chairs in our room. The outside balcony had a small table too. Would we return, yes without doubt !

The room was probably the comfiest we’ve stayed in Croatia. Great value for the room, and in an excellent location. The hosts were very nice and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. If you’re ever in Gračac, this is the place to stay!

The apartment was clean and recent renovated. Very friendly and super nice hosts. We got vegetables on a tray when we arrived 🤩 Good location if you want to see the waterfalls.
