The accommodation was exceptional. The hosts were excellent, and heartwarming. The Room was clean, with a lovely balcony view on pristine, Arcadian like nature. It was an ideal village experiance. Bear encloser is couple of minutes of walk from the house, and the peak of National Park North Velebit is a 50 min drive.

Lovely clean modern apartment had everything we needed. Washing machine was a bonus for us ( on a cycle tour) Self check in worked fine with good communication.

Just the most fabulous place in a lovely small town. Host was super-friendly and flexible about us arriving later than we had anticipated. She gave us a brilliant recommendation for dinner as well. Apartment is gorgeous - really comfortable, exceptionally clean and spacious. Definitely a place to come back to.

    Amazing small regional village. Authentic Croatia.

    Amazing small regional village. Authentic Croatia. Lovely scenery from our apartment and from throughout the village. Friendly people saying hello. Farm animals grazing. Vistas to nearby hills and forests. Quiet, calm and peaceful. Includes Kuterevo Bear Sanctuary where volunteers care for rescued bears. Admission is free. They rely on donations so please give.

    I generally had a good impression of the rural Kuterevo.

    I generally had a good impression of the rural Kuterevo. I nice town surrounded by natural simple beauty. The bear sanctuary is worth a visit and a donation. They would benefit from receiving more donations or money from sponsors. The town is very small. We stopped at night, Bear Sanctuary in the morning and back on the road to reach the nearest mountain pick. The mountain has very good walks. I suggest spending more time planning the walks for the it.
