Wonderful place. Very nice hosts, they gave us all the necessary information, they were ready to help with any questions and in general they are nice people who greeted us with a smile. The apartment is new, everywhere is clean, cozy, and there was everything you need. Beautiful view from the terrace. Also nearby is a store where you can buy everything you need. The beach is easy to get to by car. I recommend this place, if possible we will come again :)

We had a wonderful stay at Jana’s house in Opatija. She is a fantastic host, very welcoming and helpful, and speaks great English. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth – even though we checked in late, she greeted us warmly and gave us excellent tips about restaurants, sights, and local attractions. The house itself is spacious and very comfortable. Our children had plenty of room, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the garden was just perfect – trampoline, table tennis, barbecue, and even a jacuzzi with fresh water. It really felt like a place where you can relax and enjoy without worrying about anything. Parking was safe, and the hosts were so thoughtful that they even made sure no fruit from the trees could fall on our car. Small details like this made the stay feel special. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again. A well-deserved 10/10 – highly recommended!

Everything was great. We loved the grill, our dog fell in love with the garden. The apartment is a basement build out of rocks so it's a bit darker but we didn’t need AC. And we were there end of july. It's a bit hidden, away from nearby towns, quiet and paceful at night. but close enough to several supermarkets and 10 minutes away wit the car from the nearest beaches (we liked Volosko the best). We enjoyed our 3 nights stay a lot!

Very close distance to the beaches and to Opatia , Rijeka, Pula, local LIDL supermarket, Plodine supermarket also too close , bakeries which provides fresh burek,fresh pizzas, fresh bread and freshly made cakes especially Trileçe, restaurants and coffee bars, lovely food. The beautiful nature and the lovely plants around especially oleanders 😃 also very clean streets !

The apartment is very modern, stylish, clean and peaceful. Full of home comforts, conveniently located with a Lidl in walking distance. 10-15€ for a taxi to Opatija I’d you didn’t fancy driving. Stunning outside pool area and views.

Super clean and spacious and comfortable. There is everything for cooking. Host is very kind and polite. Not so far from the center of Rijeka. Very convenient near by supermarket by walking 5 minutes. I strongly recommend everyone.

It's a tiny apartment over Opatija. Little but there is everything you need, also towels end bed-sheet. For two people, max three. ( travel me and my two kids) Love stay here.
