Lovely location in a quiet spot on the water. Easy access to Dubrovnik on bus. The breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant were very good, The room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend if you are visiting Dubrovnik. Staff very helpful.

The apartments are very modern and equipped with all the necessary appliances. Parking for a car in the yard of the building. The owners are fantastic and hospitable. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a gift of local liquor. Upon departure, we received a bottle of local wine. Excellent location for visiting beautiful Dubrovnik.

Apartment fully corresponds to the photo and description. Beautiful view of the bay. Recently renovated, everything is neat. Everywhere was perfectly clean. The kitchen of the apartment had everything you need for cooking, new tableware. On the terrace outside in common use was coffee, sugar, milk, juice. Bus stop to the center right across the road in front of the house, the bus goes on schedule every 10-15 minutes, to the center about 20-25 minutes . On the way to the center, the bus makes stops near the bus station to other cities and the seaport, which is very convenient. Near the house there is a small parking. Not far from the house there are several supermarkets, a restaurant, a pizzeria. The owner is very hospitable, he constantly treated us to something - wine, coffee, etc., asked what was required, provided information. Picked us up from the airport and refused to pay. As already mentioned here: the owner - score 20 on a 10 point scale. I recommend.... Thanks a lot !!!

The flat is very cozy and has everything you need! Supermarket 5 mins away walking and you can get to the sea 5 mins walking too. It's a lovely place to stay if you want peace and quiet. Staff was super nice and welcoming, also gave us tips on how to visit Dubrovnik! Massive plus was how well the air-conditioning worked.

The host is very welcoming and helpful and very kind. Nice and very beautiful apartment. Very nice bathroom, perfectly made. Great bedding, insect shields on the windows, two balconies, washing machine, parking. More than you need! We got everything we asked for! The host is extremely nice! We felt very cozy, the apartment is a great choice for visiting Dubrovnik and the interior is from fine taste which is not really often in Croatia.

    The Arboretum Trsteno was an interesting place, a respite from the heat. It was cool in the trees. Game of Thrones episodes are filmed at the fountain! But there is no cafe, only a vending machine. Walking down to the sea for a swim was worth it, but you need sturdy footwear, water and snacks.

    Mokošica is a dormitory suburb of Dubrovnik. It is not interesting or particularly attractive per se, but is an excellent base to visit the Old Town (just 10 min. by bus) and to explore the surrounding area by car -- from Cavtat in the SE to Ston in the NW.

    The roads were mixture of loads of corners and bends but...

    The roads were mixture of loads of corners and bends but drivers are so fantastic and professionals. We ate at pizza laus which was so close to the apartment and the beautiful bāckerei which is opposite the bus stop. Also the Asian restaurant by the bus stop in town.

    It's like any other typical suberb. 10-12 kms away from main...

    It's like any other typical suberb. 10-12 kms away from main town centre. Nothing much to see and do there except a few of restaurants but it's quite accessible from Dubrovnik Old Town by Taxi/Uber so commute is not a big issue. If you can afford it then best to stay near to the Dubrovnik Old Town to get the best out of your stay

    Very quiet and safe neighbourhood, shops and restaurants open every day, until late. Excellent public transport, regular and cheap. Swimming is allowed almost everywhere, clean sea water. Beaches are mostly stone/pebble, only very few sand. Nova Mokošica has two very good local restaurants: Laus and Šica. Large portions, small prices. The staff speak English. Because of the landscape, walking means using stairs, a lot. Dubrovnik and its surroundings are not for people with a walking impairment or for people who tire easily. Stari grad (Old City) is both interesting and a tourist trap. Every third shop sells Game of Thrones stuff. If, like me, you never watched GoT this is really annoying.

    If you are planning via public transport, watch out for...

    If you are planning via public transport, watch out for exact public transport bus number as both 1a and 1b are named as Mokosica/Nova mokosica but drop yo at places which can be really really far off from your hotel.

    The villa was spacious, modern and finished to a very high specification. We arrived late in the evening and Ivana, our host, had kindly left Food and drinks for us. The villa is set on a hillside overlooking Mokosica, which can be viewed by the poolside terrace. A beautiful villa.
