Loved everything . This place is superb and having stayed in Mulinat 3 weeks before this place was the best . You are not charged to use the “ beach” the family were lovely and friendly especially the older lady . We were very welcomed and we would return . The bed was the best bed we had in the whole holiday . The place was very very clean and the kitchen the best equipped . We loved it . Nothing

This is a 5* apartment like no other as the attention to detail is amazing. It's so rare to find a beautiful holiday apartment for rental especially in places where there is so much choice and very few which are exceptional. We loved the views, the decor, the space, the host was wonderful, the location for us was perfect as we love nature and peace. Thank you for providing us with such a memorable stay Karmen. The place is owned by a very friendly and helpful family, it is felt that they do everything to make their customers feeling comfortable staying at their place. Their house vegetables (especially tomatoes)) are just awesome. The apartment had just enough space and everything needed, there was a lot of nice small needed stuff (like some basic medicines and antimosquitos tablets). I really liked having a big terrace (shared with neighbours) with big blossoming bush and my private balcony. The surrondings is very peaceful. At the same time only 5-7 min to the shop or resturant. The village itself is quite small and very picturesque. Perfect place for escape from noisy cities.

When I plan holiday always looking for a calm place with amazing view. I'm definitely convinced that I found those things here. Great location. Close to the beach with clear water, local restaurant. Great owners, very helpful and cheerful. Apartment clean and fully equipped with a separate terrace and parking space. Just like in the pictures. It was nice to be there. This is a place where I will be happy to come back.

Location Our stay was delightful due to the stunning views and proximity to the beach, just a quick 5-minute walk away. The private parking was also a significant advantage, accommodating two cars easily. Hospitality The host exceeded our expectations with their kindness and helpfulness, always available for questions and recommendations. A particularly nice touch was receiving fresh, delicious vegetables from the host's father's garden, adding a personal and memorable aspect to our stay.

Accualy it would be perfect to stay here and do day trips to -for example- Dubrovnik or Kotor instead of staying at overpriced accommodations. It’s very close to the beach where water is so SO clear, it’s stunning. Host was very friendly and a motorbike lover ( gave us more then enough to talk about hahaaa)

    It a really nice little town.

    It a really nice little town. It's quite small but that means it's very quiet compared to the rest of Croatia. However, there are other tourists there, so everyone could speak English and were fairly nice to foreigners. The best thing about the town apart from the quietness is its nature and beauty. The town itself looks quite nice with very cool little houses, but it's in a bay of crystal clear blue water which is very warm. There's a couple small islands which are possible to swim out to and provides a great view of everything. Most accommodation in or around Molunat has essentially waterfront access and potentially a nice little platform that can serve as your own little semi-private beach. Some issues is that there is only a small store in the town. It's open until 10pm but it may not have quite everything and some of the prices are quire expensive. Also, to get to the town you have to either drive, take a taxi or take a bus. The bus to/from Dubrovnik or the airport is quite cheap but only runs about 2 or 3 times a day. The last downside is in the shallow water there are lots of sea urchins on the rocks. They aren't the worst to avoid if you have goggles on but it might be worth bringing some water shoes if you want to be extra careful. Overall I would sat that Molunat is a great spot if you want to chill by the water in a lovely little town away from the hustle of more well known spots.

    Beautiful town to stay in very quiet and peaceful and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. It is far from Dubrovnik city center so I recommend you pre-book you transport to go into other places as it was hard to find taxis around the area which would be the only bad thing I could say. Invenium water sports was a great company who sorted me and my partner affordable water activities worth every penny, would definitely recommend and very friendly people. If you want a quick bite go to Odgusta pizza/ burger place very affordable food and drinks. Also for a nice dinner with a great view of the town you must go to Lancana restaurant, abit more expensive but for the quality of the food worth it and the nice staff making us feel welcome. You can see the whole town in a day but an amazing stay and would definitely come again in the future.

    Great place to stay relatively close to the airport but far enough away to avoid intrusive aircraft noise. A world away from the busyness of Dubrovnik. A couple of sheltered coves with boat moorings, a few restaurants and good clear water for swimming.

    Molunat himself, a MIRACLE!

    Molunat himself, a MIRACLE! The coastal road is narrow and requires patience. Lancana Restaurant is charming, its Team is professional and kind, patient, and their food... 🙏🥰😍 It's a bit far from me, but I'll definitely go back... Molunat is an unforgettable place! 🥰🙏

    A little village with a good foodshop, two or three...

    A little village with a good foodshop, two or three restaurants and a great pizza place at the end of the road. The centre is more busy with German tourist around the camping but the roads going either way are a lot more quieter. Access to the sea at every 20 metres. The water is very clear with a visibility of 10m plus. Many colourful fish and marine life. The two islands are a great extra feature if you like to kajak around. The bigger island has a lovely little sandy beach ideal for families with children, even small.

    If you need time to relax completely, to go away from bustle...

    If you need time to relax completely, to go away from bustle and hustle of a big city, to spend some time with the sea, this small quiet village should be your choice. You can eat out (there are two restaurants just in 2-5 minutes walk along the beautiful shore or cook your own meals. The kitchen is full of everything you possibly need for cooking and a shop is nearby. The shop is quite small, but you can find different necessary things there. Molunat itself is actually one long street with appartments and rooms for renting, but it offers some water activities, such as jet skiing and boating. I would avoid nothing next time. I would just come again there.

    Brand new and well laid-out holiday apartments. Martina does an excellent job to make her guests happy. If you like peace and quiet in a serene environment, then Molunat and Mata Family Apartments is the place to be. There is not much to do and a few places to eat-out. Yet, you are close to busiet and more crowded tourist hotspots like Cavcat and, of course, Dubrovnik. Or, you can find some local fish and take the advantage of the communal barbecue in the compound with excellent views!

    This was paradise on earth Antonio was a perfect host, gave us suggestions on things to visit, the apartment was immaculate and in a picture perfect spot. The bed was very comfortable, everything you needed was in the apartment. I cannot stress how beautiful this holiday was thanks to Antonio's apartment, the location is paradise and molunat its self is just gorgeous

    Room Nr 3 was so beautiful. Andrejko was a very helpful and friendly host. The food he creates with his brother and nice is just perfect. The views are amazing and molunat itself is a perfect place for quiet and relaxing holidays. The concrete beach is just over the road and has sunbeds and crystal clear water for snorkeling. Hvala for everything!

    Guest house rooms rose is a very nice place, not far from the beach. Chantal was very helpful with everything and proposed us a boat trip around the coast which was very nice. She also proposed to take us back to the airport and this was very convenient. We enjoyed very much our staying in Molunat.
