The apartment house lies in a quiet location slightly away...

The apartment house lies in a quiet location slightly away from the center of Nečujam. It is clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. There is also a large grill available. The beach is close, nice and not crowded (August), however, you have to count with 50 vertical meter descent. There is a swimming pool with fresh water available by the beach. Shop "Ribola" is within a walking distance and, in our opinion, it is a better option than larger Studenac in Grohote.

Beautiful little town full of wonderful beaches.

Beautiful little town full of wonderful beaches. In September most of the tourists are gone so it is peaceful. There is only one store so the prices are expensive. It is better to bring your own food if possible. There is a few restaurants, bars. We mostly ate at Phils Bar on the beach, or cooked our own food.

Very nice beach, with few restaurants nearby, crystal water, but pebble beach. The boats are far, so the water is clean. The place is large enough for many persons. There are not places for parking near the beach, there are no showers.

Good location for holidays with kids.

Good location for holidays with kids. Good potential for future developement. Local authorities good do more with garbage - at some locations, there are not bins for all glass/metal/plastic etc.. They should place it at each point. And those locations need to be more. Worrisome is location where old hotel/restaurant right in the centre was.. Old buildind, garbage around.. Would not expact it.. They should demolish it because it is not something that Necujam makes proud of..

We had a lovely stay at Greta apt. Everything was great. The apartment was really spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids, clean, very comfortable beds, kitchen perfectly equipped. It was very hot outside during our stay at Necujam, so the AC was really welcomed. After the days spent at the beautiful Šolta beaches, we always found a great relax in our cooled apartment. The host was very nice and she was really easy to communicate with. Thank you again, we will definitely come back if visiting Šolta again 🙂.

A great spot to relax, take your time and enjoy the sea. The people in the hotel and restaurant are really nice and helpful. My wife and I spend a very nice week in the hotel and enjoyed it, we like reading, relaxing, quietness, being left at peace.. so don’t go if you don’t like that… The sea is fantastic, you don’t have any sand, and you can jump in the sea from your relaxing chair, the sights are fantastic.
