We were just 2 minutes from the beach and promenade. The water was clean and good for swimming but some rubber shoes would be good because the beach we used is shingle and rocks. The apartment is located in a very good location, easily accessible, with free parking, 5 minutes' walk from the beach. It was very important for us to have 2 separate bedrooms, it was much more comfortable for the children to sleep in a double bed, not on a sofa. The apartment and the kitchen are well equipped, everything is there for a comfortable stay. Good value for money. The host was very helpful throughout the whole process. Really nice location, a lot of space, comfortable beds, fully equipped. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, grill on yard. Close to shops and Njivice center. But the most pleasure was to spent time with other guests and Tom. It is quite clise to the beach, about 400 meters. Water in sea at beggining of May was about 20-21 degrees - so possible to swim! The room was comfortable, and we had a great view from the balcony. We liked the kind idea that they gave us little hotel cookies as a reward if we didn't ask for cleaning. Breakfast and dinner were OK, a big advantage for the drink opportunities at dinner (wine included).
