Basically everything. The hotel is fabulous but we like the units better for ourselves. We loved being able to use any of the 5 pools, including the hotel pool. We really like that families with children are booked into a separate unit then guests without children. Our room was spacious and attractive with plenty of closet space. It included an electric kettle and supplies for making tea. We loved the big windows that overlooked our unit's pool and our balcony with the same view. I room was quiet and we slept well at night. The bed was very comfortable. One of the things we liked the most was the staff. They worked really hard to be friendly and helpful at all times and someone is available at the hotel reception 24/7.

Villa Zdenka is a perfect accommodation in small pakostane Village. Rooms are really clean and comfy, owners are so warm hearted and helpful that never met that kind of hosts before ❤️ they made our holiday even better by helping with rental car, trips and even baby seat in the car ❤️ there is everything near you, shops, restaraunts, beaches and harbour. Pool is amazing and really clean! Really worth of you money! Hope to return some day ❤️

We have travelled a lot and this was by far within top 3 places we have stayed in! The host was very kind and approachable and we had no problems with communication whatsoever. The apartment is on few levels which was really cool :) It had literally everything we needed, and more! Beach is a few mins walk from the apartment, and so are the restaurans and bars. Everything in the apartment was very clean, and we had plenty of towels available to us which is not very common practice in Croatia. It's a bit noisy (church is next door and bells going off all the time) but we weren't that bothered as we can sleep through anything :) At times it was even soothing. Parking was available at the property free of charge without any hassle. When we left, the owner gave us a bottle of home made olive oil which, if you love Croatia, you will know is always appreciated :) Overall 10/10 and we will definitelly stay at this property on our next visit to Pakoštane.

Staff was very friendly, mobile house was clean and nice, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, little kitchen, huge terrace, that's exactly what you need. They do have also equipment like paddle board etc to use for free. Pool was refreshing and nice to have even if you're not a fan of pools near sea. Really good choice if you traveling with family or dog, recommend that.

Spacious spotlessly clean apartment. Fantastic AC. Lovely big shower in bathroom. Large balcony with blinds for shade. Apartment had everything we needed for our holiday - super comfy beds, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, coffee machine etc. enough coffee pods to actually last the week (a very rare occurrence!). The pool area is beautiful and we mostly had it to ourselves. We were so grateful for it during the Croatian heatwave. The location is terrific. Very close to restaurants and bars at the harbour. And lastly the hosts were fantastic. Fast responses and clear communication. They were always available for any questions we had. We loved our stay here and absolutely would not hesitate to return in the future.

    Small costal town for a good rest, food and just enjoying some peace and quiet. Has two amazing beaches with sandy bottoms. Galija&Olivietum are places to visit. The church is main attraction. Also Vransko lake is close by so be sure to visit and have some birdeatching.

    Beautiful, lively city with many beaches to choose from, whether a classic urban beach with little shade or beaches with pine forests. We also visited a private paid beach, which we liked; the sea for swimming was the best there because it was in a bay. Many restaurants and fast food options.

    Pakostane is a very calm and friendly village.

    Pakostane is a very calm and friendly village. Not crowded at all. There are some nice restaurants offering excellent food. There are quite a few offerings for excursions around Murter and Kornati and to see some dolphins.

    Its a small village with a lot of pebble beaches and pine...

    Its a small village with a lot of pebble beaches and pine forests. There're a lot of tourists during summer and everything is crowded, but you can still find a spot on the beach under a pine tree on on some rock. There're a lot of relaxation spots, restaurants and camps. The village almost completely lacks public transport - there's just one bus stop on the Adriatic highway for intercity buses, and it's far from all the beach locations. If you get there without a car, you should be expected to walk a lot on your feet, and you'd notice that most streets don't have sidewalks.

    Everything about my stay was truly above and beyond at this hotel. The staff exhibited exceptional hospitality, always eager to assist and make our experience memorable. The rooms were not only aesthetically pleasing but also thoughtfully equipped with every conceivable necessity and luxury. The dining experience was on another level altogether. Our overall experience was nothing short of a blast, and it's safe to say we'll be returning again and again. Kudos to the outstanding team for creating such a wonderful atmosphere.

    We had a fantastic stay at a holiday house in Pakoštane. The house was very clean, well equipped, and just a 5-minute walk from the beach, which was perfect for our daily outings. The location was quiet, offering a peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the early check-in and the thoughtful provision of baby amenities, which made our stay especially comfortable. The large terrace was a wonderful bonus—perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Highly recommended for families and beach lovers!

    Nice room with a balcony, it had a small refrigerator and the basic dishes (glasses, plates...). It was clean, the AC worked very well. It is a short walk to the city centre and the beach, 15min. There is no kitchen, but food in Pakoštane is cheap, compared to the other costal places.
