Comfy place 10/10. The place itself is well kept, equipped and clean. The location is ideal in my opinion. Thing we liked the most were that we didn't hear the music from the outside in the apartment, so we got a good night sleep even tho there was a town party. Second thing was that the host was suuper friendly and helpful with everything we needed.

A wonderful, peaceful beach is just two short streets away, where there are toilets, changing rooms and a small bar. There are few people on the beach, they look after each other's things. There are parasols if you go and reserve them in time. The house is located in a quiet, peaceful part of town, with a huge, shaded parking lot. The apartment has a cozy, shaded, arched terrace built of stone, where clothes dry from the heat, but you can be outside all day, because it is not hot. The terrace overlooks the sea. There is modern furniture in the rooms and on the terrace. The house and bedding are clean. It was very comfortable to stay there. The kitchen is well equipped, everything worked well. You can also leave the apartment from the living room, and it has two entrances. The refrigerator is large and clean, the bathroom and toilet are tastefully tiled. There is a washing machine, but we did not use it. The boiler provided plenty of hot water for the whole family to bathe. The owner is attentive and helpful, we had a great time, we can only recommend the place.

Apartment is nice and located near town center and beach. Parking spot just in front of the house. Terrace with table, chairs, deck chairs and shower. A lot of desk games, which we appreciated on rainy day :-). For check-in you have to call the owner for code to access the box with key. The owner was kind and helpful.

The beach and sea were absolutely beautiful 😍

The beach and sea were absolutely beautiful 😍 There were only two members of staff who were polite and pleasant. The restaurant male and a young male on the bar . The reception staff had absolutely no idea what they were doing . We had a night porter who said upon check in ‘ no point asking me anything as I don’t know where anything is .. I just sit here and read’ Wow 😮 Electric’s blew the first night . Nearly electrocuted my husband , they looked for the fuse box in the bathroom ?? Couldn’t fix until day after so supplied us with extension leads .. to which they asked my husband to stand on a chair and plug it above the tv attached to the ceiling because they couldn’t reach .. but they said it would be ok because we could rest our phones on a chair !!! Ridiculous air conditioning hanging out the wall along with other fixtures Bathroom tiles cracked Plug sockets loose No service to the room in the whole seven days we stayed there . We complained every day and I also spoke to the manager on the phone on day 4 regarding all the the issues and he assured me the room would be cleaned the next day … guess what , it wasn’t We continued to complain to reception.. because that’s where we wanted to spend our holiday instead of in the sun …. And everytime we did .. they all acted very dumb .. I don’t know what you are talking about … so serious memory loss is obviously a must when applying for the job role . They promised us a 25% refund to which we are still waiting for and quite frankly I belief it should be a lot more … utterly ridiculous and very rude people

Konoba Vesela is amazing local restaurant, the Ice cream in Arura Konoba is absolutely amazing and would be shame not to mentioned the local bakery on same street as Vesela restaurant and " Sladicarnica". The center is small but the beach is nice, also for those who likes Yachts, this is the right destination for it.

Nice little place on the coast.

Nice little place on the coast. The beach is very big for such a small village which is definitely a plus. The prices at the restaurants and cafes are pretty cheap for a Croatian coast. Kudos to the tourist community that organizes a nice and interesting program for tourists all summer long.

Pirovac is a great place.

Pirovac is a great place. Quite small but very peaceful with a good family friendly vibe. The local wine and the beaches are great. I've been numerous times but word of warning the public transport is in my experience unreliable. Avoid local taxis they are a rip off. Uber much better but not necessarily available.

I stayed in Pirivac for a festival at the Garden Resort.

I stayed in Pirivac for a festival at the Garden Resort. I chose Pirovac for the price which was cheaper than Tisno. Pirovac is nice, nothing too spectacular, but OK as a base. In town I can recommend Konoba Ardura to eat in.

This trip to Croatia will definitely be remembered forever! We were vacationing with our children and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Blue Swan Residence - Central Pirovac. Beautiful location, cozy house and an extremely attentive and kind homeowner. Tobias was in touch all the time and gave us advice whenever we needed it. Near the apartment you can find different market, cozy cafes, fabulous seaside and entertainment for the kids. I wholeheartedly recommend Blue Swan Residence, which exceeded our expectations.

It is a great location, close to the beach (30 m), and to the city center is roughly a 4-minute walk. You have your own parking space close to the object so no worries. The owner including the people taking care of the object are friendly and every problem should you encounter one will be solved shortly. The accommodation is best suited for a family with 2 children (4 people) but we as a couple enjoyed more because each of us got to have his own bathroom :)

family-owned hotel the hosts are very friendly and always helpful walking distance to the beach and to the city several parking spaces behind the hotel amazing fresh breakfast (home-made cakes and bread in eggs were the best) room is nice with new furniture big terrace
