We had a lovely time in Povlja, a charming little town with a peaceful, family-friendly vibe. If you're traveling with a pet, rest assured—many locals are dog owners themselves and are very welcoming toward animals. The apartment itself was adorable and located right by the sea. Falling asleep to the sound of waves and waking up to the scent of the sea was truly magical. It’s the kind of place that invites you to slow down and enjoy the moment. The pet accommodation fee was €50 wich felt somewhat unnecessary, especially since no additional amenities provided for pets. Given the overall pet-friendly environment, including the welcoming attitude of locals, it would have been nice if the fee reflected some added value.

Absolutely wonderful. Kind, sweet staff. Incredible breakfast and dinner. Our room, the grounds, the terrace, pool area - all immaculate and exceptional. The town is like something from a movie set without feeling fake or touristy. Highly recommend!

Beautiful balcony view. Quiet and clean. Was only 4 of us so very spacious. Nice to have a fridge with ice and cold water dispenser! Pool is small but fine for a cool off. 2 min walk down into town.The town is quite which we like (we only had 2 nights here) there are a few cafes and restaurants which was perfect. Nice swimming areas either side of the harbour.

Very nice and roomy apartment! Really loved the stay and would come again. The Marina is short walking distance which makes it easy to find nice dinners quite close. Loved the mornings on the balcony!

    We were happy that Povlja has a variety of beaches: city, bay, peninsula-top, secluded bay. We discovered real interesting things locally: the famous early Christian basilica, the viewpoint overlooking the entire bay, an abandoned war bunker on a nearby beach, the somersaults and head-jumps of local youth in the harbor in the evenings. There are also several restaurants and ice cream parlors. We ate excellent pizza and squid with tartar sauce.

    First I would like to commend Alexandra and her mother for their hospitality. The accommodation is extremely clean and very nicely organized. Everything is new and everything works. The accommodation is spacious and airy. In front of the accommodation there is a courtyard intended for guests, where you can eat outside or drink coffee on a comfortable deckchair. The beach is literally a 2-minute walk from the accommodation. There is no crowd, no noise, just the chirping of birds and the sound of water. We will definitely be back again!

    Beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need and more for a comfortable stay. Huge comfy bed, spectacular kitchen and spotlessly clean. The hosts were wonderful and very friendly and informative. Povlja is a gorgeous little town the surroundings are peaceful and relaxing. 5 minute walk from the apartment to a quiet little beach and 5 minutes to walk into the town/harbour. Few restaurants… highly recommend Konoba Stara Uljara ! Apartment is an absolute must if visiting the area!

    The location is perfect, the apartment is great and our host, Victor, has been incredible. This is our preferred location from our Croatian tour. The island is picturesque, Povlja village is nice and quiet, several beaches (we enjoyed sunset on Nova beach) and many good places to eat. Victor told us about the place and local specialties, we enjoyed so much home made olive oil, wine and orahovac. Thank you for a perfect stay!

    The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped, with amazing view from the balcony / terrace. The host was very friendly and welcoming. We have enjoyed Povlja a lot, it is a small but charming town with all you need -an excellent restaurant, a shop, nice beach (nova plaža). I would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend it.

    Great location, with the best view over Povlja from the balcony. The apartment was clean and fully equipped. The owners are extremely kind. Truly recommended, and we will definitely come back.
