This house is amazing and the pictures don't do it justice. Ana, the host, along with her daughter met us with a friendly smile and a very warm welcome. Ana even had fruit, biscuits juice and water as a welcome treat...so kind. Private parking is on the road and you walk down steps to the house. The house is very clean and very well stocked with everything you need and there are amazing views from every part....so beautiful. The pool area is very spacious with plenty sunbeds and a fantastic games room equipped with pool table, football table and darts. We had such fun here with our teen boys. The next level down has 2 bedrooms, both with very comfy beds and pillows, a bathroom and kitchen. Off the kitchen is very spacious and very well.shaded terrace ideal for eating meals. The views from here are spectacular and sunsets to die for! The terrace also has a chill out area with couch and chairs...a lovely reading spot. The next level down is where our eldest teen slept and he loved that extra bit of privacy. He had his own bathroom too and own little seating area outside but mostly he joined us on our terrace. One of the most beautiful things about this house is that you have private access to a bay a few more steps down from the house. The water was crystal clear and a beautiful colour.....hours of fun... snorkeling and swimming. We took down some of our sunbeds some days to chill out down there too. The location is very peaceful and yet so close to Blato for shops or Prigradica, even closer for fresh bread. We visited a beautiful Italian restaurant in Blato and it is a very easy drive to Vela Luka for more restaurants. It's also a beautiful drive to Korcula town and makes for a lovely day out. This house exceeded all of our expectations and Ana is a wonderful host. She is available on her phone anytime if you have any questions and even messaged us to check if we were getting on OK. I would highly recommend here....you will not be disappointed

We liked the location of the hotel because we could rent a motorboat nearby and ride the Adriatic Sea and enjoy its waves. Breakfast and dinner were very rich and varied. Lunch could also be ordered here. A lot of tourists stay in this hotel. The room was cozy with a charming view of the sea.

Beautiful scenery from the top of the hotel overlooking the Vela Luka bay. Neat and quiet apartment, comfortable bed, exceptional cleanliness and warm welcome from the hotel staff upon arrival. Sauna and gym facilities were easily accessible and no problems with parking. Highly recommend.

Beautiful rooms, had everything you needed! Close to lots of restaurants. They picked us up from the ferry in Vela Luka, and arranged our transfer across the island to the other port in Korcula Town for checkout at a really reasonable price. The breakfast included was at the restaurant downstairs which was so delicious, and when we had to check out early but had paid for breakfast, they arranged a packed lunch for us on the last day.

We absolutely loved this place. The owner Milo is excellent host. He recommended all from beaches to restaurants, what is a must see and even where to buy fresh fish. We went to a market and got some fish and it was excellent. If you are looking for a place to take your mind off everything and I have to add with a beautiful view this is the place! The closest beach is just a 10 minute walk through a beautiful scenery. Would definitely recommend 10/10 ☺️

    40 minutes to Korčula city, 10 minutes to Vela Luka and 5 to...

    40 minutes to Korčula city, 10 minutes to Vela Luka and 5 to Blato (best pizza on island-Tinel). Roads on the island are excellent and easy to drive. Prigradica is small village on the coast with some beautiful villas on the both sides of road with excellent sea view. There are couple of restaurants and one shop I think. One beach bar Tempera. Evenings are quiet and peaceful. Main village beach have easy entrance in/out sea, on other places you need some experience. There were lot of winds during our stay and the waves sometimes prevent swimming, so we drive on that days to calm coves on south coast. You can find shade of pines just right of Tempera and on few places on city beach.

    Small fisherman village, tipical for islands, beautifull beach, clear, clean and warm sea. One nice beach bar, and two average restaurants. Village has a small grocery store. Good connection with Blato where you can find everything you need. Good roads. 10 to 15min of drive to all beautifull beaches arround west part of the island. Good roads for bicycle trips and beautifull nature for walking. Possible to rent a boat. Good cinnection with direct boat line with Split and Korčula.

    House is on the road, with excellent parking space. 20 minutes walk to main beach in Prigradica and beach bar Tempera. Two more minutes to I think only shop in village. Astonishing sea view from our apartment, When you open eyes in the morning in very comfortable bed, you can see your toes and sea in the distance. Hosts are friendly and unobtrusive. House is new, 5 years old I think.

    Roomy, clean and well-equipped house with a shaded terrace in a quiet area. Private access to the sea via a ladder is suitable for swimmers. The nearby Prigradica beach is ideal for children. Excellent communication with the host in English.
