The apartment is very close to the Plitvice lakes. We spent here 1 night coming back from the beach before we visited the national park. We had everything we needed for this short stay. Our host was very nice, the apartment was excellent, perfect for a family or smaller friend group. Even there was 2 bathrooms which ia a huge plus in the morning when everyone tries to get ready! :)

Great little apartment. Had everything we needed and was very clean. Although it's listed as a studio it was essentially a separate bedroom and living area, plus a large bathroom. The local community kitty (we dubbed 'the landlord') was always around to keep an eye on the place too.

It's a great place to stay. It's close to the main road, not far from Plitvice. The apartment is very clean, cosy, spacious, very well equiped, up to date. Parking is an adventage. Bed is big and comfortable. The host is very nice and helpfull. Highly recommend place.

The hosts were very sweet. We were late to check in. We reached around 11pm and the host was waiting for us. She welcomed us with a smile even when it was late. The host was very helpful despite she didn't speak the language. I really liked the house and location is perfect. It is just amidst nature. I would recommend to stay at this location if you're visiting for plitvise lake.

    You really need several days to visit what that place has to...

    You really need several days to visit what that place has to offer. Don’t miss the Spelaton center and Barać caves. We been on Barac Traill race and the organizers really do the best of them. Also don’t miss the fast food in rakovica on road by the Apartment green park with delicious burgers.

    We stayed here primarily to visit Plitvice national park but the area was beautiful, a complete contrast to the Croatian coastline. It felt very Austrian in influence with chalet style houses, lots of green countryside and flowers. It was also a lot cheaper to eat out and buy coffees/ice creams than on the coast. Plitvice was incredible (although v hot and busy in August). I would like to go back at a quieter time as there were long queues to get on the boats which was not ideal in the heat with children. It was a shame that there is nowhere you are allowed to swim as we would have enjoyed the opportunity to cool off!

    One of the most beautiful place I ever went.

    One of the most beautiful place I ever went. There are great restaurants nearby with very good and authentic food! The apartament has everything but a washing machine for laundry or any laundry place/dry cleaner nearby.

    A great location to get active.

    A great location to get active. We did kayaking on the upper river Mreznica - Slunj, which was wonderful. We did this through the Hotel Mirjana&Rastoke, and they were excellent guides. We also visited the Plitvice Lakes for a day and did a great hike around the National Park.

    I stayed two nights with my children at Apartments Pavlić in Rakovica and really enjoyed the experience. The place was very comfortable, with a lovely playground and a spacious lawn where kids could play safely. The host was extremely welcoming and kind. Plitvice Lakes were just a short drive away, making it a great base to explore the area.

    The hotel has clearly been fully refurbished and is so much nicer than the photos suggest. Everything looks brand new. Friendly welcome. Breakfast was good value. The room and hotel were exceptionally clean and comfortable and furnished to a high standard. There is some free parking on site too and it is not too far from Plitvic Lakes.

    They let us check in 2 hours earlier. Breakfast was very good especially the vegetable omelette. Also, the burger park located next to the hotel had excellent burgers and salads. 10 mins away from Plitvice national park
