Very nice apartment. Clear instructions from the host. We got offered coffee and rakija (plum brandy). It is a nice touch. Parking was available in front of the building. Big Interspar is across the street. Highly recommend.

A truly amazing apartment in beautiful Rijeka, located close to Trsat Castle, around a 10' drive to the city centre. Brand-new, sparkling-clean, spacious and very well equipped, with a wonderful balcony where one can sit and gaze for hours the breathtaking view over the entire bay or Rijeka and across to Istria, Cres and Krk! Very friendly and helpful host! Definitely one of the best apartments we have ever stayed at (and we have stayed in many!), and certainly our go-to place next time we visit the area!

    Rijeka is my place of birth and Love it however I did have a bad experience with the accommodation and the people person on the phone line. Overall building maintenance is important if you are having a appartement for lease. It will reflect the overall rating. Quite a few restaurants we visited and visited all the places like Trsat, Kantrida, Pecine etc....

    Our general impression was that Rijeka is not ready to be considered a tourist destination - finding parking was difficult, which shouldn't be the case for a 300k population city, there are few things to actually see around town, the beaches were meh, and so on. I'm not returning. Rijeka is beautiful, but nothing too special.

    I recently spent a week in Rijeka, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. It’s not the most obvious choice for a vacation in Croatia, but that’s exactly what makes it special. The city has a relaxed, authentic atmosphere, with a mix of history, culture, and modern life that feels very genuine. The historic center is full of charm, the harbor area is lively yet not overcrowded, and there are plenty of cozy cafés and restaurants to enjoy. It’s also a great base for day trips — from beautiful beaches and islands nearby to the scenic mountains just a short drive away. Rijeka is the kind of place that grows on you: not flashy, but warm, welcoming, and real. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a different, more local experience of Croatia.

    Rijeka Museum - it is very well curated. You will enjoy the experience. There was also a surprise Klimt exhibition. I didn't expect this and was happy to see it. There's a couple of beaches and lots of really good food....and ice cream.

    Rijeka is a truly fascinating city that unfolds before its visitors like a beautifully wrapped gift, revealing layers of history that make it so enchanting. In this sense, we were particularly captivated by the exhibition at the Sugar Palace, the city museum of Rijeka. We also visited other museums, all thoughtfully curated and offering a wealth of experiences that showcase the richness of this city — which, of course, extends far beyond its museums, with its diverse beaches, lively cafés, dynamic cultural scene, fascinating industrial heritage, and a variety of culinary delights and festivals.

    Great location, not too far from the city center, but in a very quiet area. The apartment itself is just amazing: everything is new, very clean, cozy. Beds are very comfortable, there are all pieces of equipment in the kitchen and the bathroom that you need. Bathroom is also very clean. Its like you are in a 4* hotel really (there was even a welcome gift). I encourage everyone to book it, but please preserve it in this condition for a long time. Marko, the host is very communicative and helpful.

    The studio is well equipped, it was fairly functional. Self-check in worked really well, thanks to Dijana who communicated with us in a very friendly way. Studio was not too big, but it was enough for us as we spent most of our time outside. Location is lovely, in the city centre. Love the entrance to the building too, terazzo rocks :D
