We had a wonderful stay at this aparthotel. The hosts and staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and approachable. Breakfast was delicious and varied – you can truly tell it was prepared with love. The private, spacious, and free parking area was a big plus, as it’s in the shade during the day and well-lit at night. We were also impressed by the complimentary coffee available at any time of the day – such a thoughtful touch. The pool area was clean, with plenty of sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a shower, and even an outdoor toilet. Our room was spacious and exceptionally clean – truly no complaints at all. The location is excellent: supermarkets are just a 4-minute drive away, and beautiful beaches are within a 10-minute walk. The entire courtyard is filled with flowers and fruit trees, creating a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. Another big plus: we were allowed to use the parking and pool even after checkout, which we greatly appreciated. We truly commend the hosts for their wonderful hospitality – they made us feel at home and taken care of throughout our stay. All in all, this was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly recommend this aparthotel to anyone planning to stay in Zaton.

The location was really good. The landlord was very nice and helpful. The apartmant was modern and well equipped. The pictures reflect the reality. Absolutely great for its value. I definitely recommend it.

Really good place, With very Nice and helpfully owner. We loved our stay. We Was there for 8 night. And its Was 8 good days, by the pool. The garden Was very beatiful, With lots of flowers. The appartement Was small, but it there was alle needed. So 10 out of 10 stars.

    For me it was not the best town in the region.

    For me it was not the best town in the region. To be fair it had a tough competition. Nin, Vir and Zadar are nearby and have way more options for everything. Including beaches. Zaton has limited options for shopping, supermarkets and restaurants - and pretty much everything revolves around the resort.

    No real beach around.

    No real beach around. You have to drive everywhere and all the beaches in the area are suitable only for kids (shallow water) but with sharp rocks frequently. no restaurants, bars, cafes...you have drive to Zadar (some ok places in Nin)

    The sea is mostly muddy, you have to go a far away to swimm...

    The sea is mostly muddy, you have to go a far away to swimm in deep water. There is only 2 restaurant close to the beach and 2 bar. One is mostly closed. Free shower is fine. The shops are missing, you have to go by car to Nin. Holiday resort is heavily guarded :-), you have to pay, but inside is nothing to do.

    Beautiful property, clean, tidy and in a great location with the beach at the bottom of the garden. Restaurants & supermarket about a 25 minute walk so would recommend a car. Old town Zadar about 20 mins away (bolt taxi €14) Vera and her husband (the owners) are great people and always on hand to help answer any questions. Would definitely go back.

    It is lovely house equipped with everything you need. It is quite close to the beach so you can relax and enjoy the summer :) We loved to stay there, and Ivana is an extremely helpfull person in case you need anything so I would fully recomend this place.

    The apartment was in clean and perfect condition and very close to the beach. It was very well equipped, and the host was really friendly. The apartment is perfect for 5-7 people with 3 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen and lovely balcony .

    Location is perfect. About 5 mins drive from Nin and 15 mins drive from Zadar. 5 mins drive to Plodine (a hypermarket) where you can buy what you need. Car is just parked outside the accommodation. Pool is nice. The hosts are very nice too.
