The accommodation is located right by the beach and the locality is quiet with not many tourists. There was everything we needed in the apartment. The terrace was very spacious and overlooked the sea with the beach. There are wooden shutters to eliminate the sun and mosquito nets in every window. The apartment is very quiet at night due to the tight windows and shutters. The kitchen is well-equipped with a spacious dining table and a large sitting room. One of the bedrooms has a door leading to the terrace with a sea view, which was amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the large terrace on comfortable sunbeds, which I think is the best part of the apartment. The owners provided us with beach towels and beach mats. There is a small bakery right behind the house with fresh pastry and bread, and a grocery store 500m far from the house. There is a lovely restaurant by the beach with nice food, and another one just a 15-minute walk from the apartment, Skalinada restaurant, with amazing views and a great menu of fish and seafood.Guest review byIlonaUnited Kingdom - 10.0
I absolutely loved the place!
I absolutely loved the place! It was quiet and remote, just enough to relax, but also it doesn't feel deserted as there are a couple of bars and restaurants and people are driving to this place so it is not empty. Zavala is a place with mesmerizing sea view, smell and isolated feel. A good place for a good rest. Where to eat? Davor is a restaurant that attracts tourists outside Zavala, and it is a great place, however, I would prefer Skalinada restaurant, hidden nearby the beach, with a nice terrace and great chef. The hotel provides in a family restaurant with really delicious meals and the breakfast is also served very various. The hotel and staff services are excellent and really professional, very accommodating. House has direct acces to the sea bellow the yard and small private bay. Inside the house everything worked fine included WIFI, AC and kitchen, no problems at all.
