    Beautiful charming town with plenty to see and do .

    Beautiful charming town with plenty to see and do .Local events ,rich culture ,peaceful,quiet and serene. Amazing restaurants,wine bars ,cake shops ,supermarkets and fast food options . Safe and very welcoming. Due to it's location it's probably the best place to stay if you want to explore Istra as everything is 25/30 min away from Žminj yet you come back to a peaceful and quiet area where u can get enough sleep. Plenty of local events too ! Amazing little town :) There is a lovely big park in the shade where u can bring your kid to play every single day and at the end of the day you start feeling like a local !

    The hosts met and greeted us upon arrival and departure and gifted us with their very own wine (the family produces it ) .The house is really authentic to Istra ,perfect location and close to the shops ,wine bar & a few restaurants.Charming and beautiful house ,meticulously clean & wonderful hosts .Plenty to see in and around Żminj area as it's the sole center of Istrian peninsula. Would recommend and definitely will book again !

    It was very beautifull, the owners are very kind and lovely. The road to the beach is not long (30min) There are a lot of stuff to see. The Shops are not far away and the food is very delicous. The Pizza and the brugers and its not expensive. Love greetings to Žminj.

    Fantastic villa, clean, well planned for at least 8 people. Marko and Claudia are the perfect hosts, extremey helpful and allow your privacy. Zminj is very close (1km) and has some nice restaurants. 25-35 minutes by car to different beaches.

    A nice and comfortable apartment. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. They even prepared a high chair for our daughter. Zminj is simply a beautiful and quiet location we fell in love with it!!
