We loved this place from the very first moment — the breakfast was absolutely delicious, the interiors stylish and thoughtfully designed, and the little spa simply charming. Massage prices were surprisingly reasonable, the coffee was excellent, and the wine list came with pleasantly fair prices. The overall vibe was warm, welcoming, and genuinely uplifting — we just didn’t want to leave. That’s why we ended up staying for hours longer than planned. It’s wonderful that the place is pet-friendly — a huge plus for us! A lovely little bonus: there were dried fruits and refreshing lemonades available in the spa area, which made the experience even more enjoyable. And we can’t forget the bathrobes — incredibly soft and cozy, we almost fell in love with them <3.

Breakfast is good enough, fruit jam is excellent. I enjoyed cycling with Rental Bike, this service was also good. Cellar tour is amazing. I could discover a different world. Dining area is very relaxing. I could enjoy reading with good wine. Room is wide enough, and interior was my favorite.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely guesthouse! From the moment I arrived, Zoltan, the host, made me feel welcome with his warm and attentive hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The location is fantastic, with easy access to all the attractions I wanted to visit. The room was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged, with every detail taken care of. I especially appreciated how cozy and warm it was, creating a truly homely atmosphere.     I loved the street with small bars/restaurants made in wine cellars (look for a few that have a terrace on the other side - looking into the vineyards). Winetasting and lunch at GERE TAMÁS ÉS ZSOLT WINERY - would definitely recommend.

    Villany is easily walkable for great wine and food. Everywhere we went was dog-friendly! We loved Bock restaurant (dog friendly inside!) and Fritsch is a gem - delicious wine and an amazing price! We stocked up here! We enjoyed our stay at Eckhardt Panzio (so happy they had a cancellation after our disappointing evening at Halasi) Definitely check out the castle in Siklos. If I were going again, I would not go on a Monday and Tuesday again - even though it was nice and quiet (which we loved), most places were closed.

    Villány is located in a romantic rural setting where those looking for a place to get away the everyday troubles can find a peaceful surrounding to do so. Wine lovers will find several wineries offering delicious selections of the finest wines with a chance to get an insight into Hungarian hospitality through food and special beverages. Everyone should go there at least once in their life.

    A lot to be seen and experienced around.

    A lot to be seen and experienced around. Huge variety of wine and great food. Be sure to check out the top wineries including Gere Atilla, Bock, Jammertal, Sauska, Maul Zsolt, Tiffan winery....etc. Its worth visiting during the weekend the place is much more lively. The one thing I would avoid is dining at Polgár Pincészet, their wines were great but their kitchen is simply not worth operating, horribly reprised and the quality was poor. Be sure to check out Polgár pincészet but do not eat there.

    We love the wine cellars, especially Maczkó Robert. The service is great, from the owners as well as the people working there (including the sons of the owner, real cute, well-educated boys). They also have a shop with local specialties. Furthermore, the region is perfect for biking, beautiful landscapes (f.i. Palkonya). Villany also has great restaurants, our favourite? SAUSKA 48

    It is a beautiful place.

    It is a beautiful place. Rolling hills with vineyards everywhere one looks. One can just walk or hike, there are bicycle routes or just sit back, watch the sunset and sample beautiful wines. Best töltött káposzta in Blum :) and a lovely accommodation at Vojtek with excellent wine tasting too.

    One of the most beautiful apartment I ever stayed. Cozy and lovely with an excellent decoration and an amazing garden, which actually is the garden of the main house of Bea and Gabon. I love it. Villany is a quiet and so beautiful village with a lot wineries and very kind and helpful people. If you 'll be there Magnolia house is the first choice to stay.

    We were in Villány to taste wines, and the house was very close to most of the wine-tasting houses. It was comfortable and had adequate facilities, making it perfect for our stay. If you want to taste the wonderful wines of Villány and don't want to worry about a designated driver to get home, this is a perfect location for a night or two stay.

    This is a very nice small hotel with excellent kitchen. You can have a dinner sitting outside and enjoying the nice view. Villany village is known for good quality red wines and you can enjoy them sitting at the terace.

    Clean and calm hotel. It's very silent and if you want to take a rest then it is for you. The hotel has nice swimming pool and wide variety of food for breakfest or tasty wines.
