It was new and clean. The staff were very happy, kind and friendly and it felt safe. There was good security staff as well.

Junior Suite - firstly understand this is a 3-star travel stop (not a destination in itself) - however, it offers all the amenities of a 4-star hotel (except pool & gym) - the room was large/clean/modern (with full complimentary benefits) - included breakfast was adequate to satisfy - but the secret surprise was the roof-top bar (3rd floor) - great food and beer and live music (an oasis in a predominantly muslim country) - as an added extra, the hotel has a fleet of cars for transfers to airport or ferries (or Sumbawa attractions) - excellent value for money

I absolutely loved it here. Just out of town, so quiet, but only 20 mins walk to centre. Such good value for money, lovely, very clean room with kettle, water, etc. But the best thing is the lovely staff and owner, who speaks good English, and is extremely helpful and very generous. Highly recommended

Peaceful location on the beach, quiet with lots of outdoor sitting areas. Ikhsan the manager was so kind, he was happy to take me to the shop and down to the harbour for the boat to Moyo. Wonderful staff, good food, very nice pool with great view. There is a way to go down to the sea, there was nobody and we had the beach for ourselves. We salute the beautiful kindness of the staff. 100% marvelous. The hotel is not far from the airport and the whole place is very quiet. We will be back!

The place was really calm and nice. We stayed for one night to be close at the airport. The pool area is really nice with a restaurant. Coffee there is really good. And they offer free airport transfer.
