I like how this hotel has basically everything you need in the room and it’s really value for money. I’d definitely come back again. The staff were all friendly. I like the free shuttle from airport. They have it every hour which is very convenient. The staff were all efficient too.

Their friendliness and professionalism made all the difference during my stay. One of the standout features of this hotel is the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. It was extremely convenient, timely, and hassle-free, allowing me to easily navigate my arrival and departure without any stress. The room itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was perfect for a restful night’s sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch. It’s clear that the hotel pays great attention to detail, ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Overall, I highly recommend FM7 Resort Hotel for anyone visiting Jakarta, especially those needing a hotel near the airport. We appreciate that the hotel gave us connecting rooms as we requested. The room was clean, water was hot, the bed was exceptional. We didn't expect that the room view is the airport terminal, very interesting. Breakfast was OK with variety of main dish, side dish, fruits and drinks. They provide breakfast in sahoor time, which was helpful for Muslim during Ramadhan.

Lush rooms. Comfy beds and pillows to die for! Fun high floors - with good views over the city lights. Only stayed as transfer so didn’t get to fully experience the hotel facilities which is a shame as it looked lovely.
